Beautiful Beach Bungalow, open concept living with new flooring and updated furniture. The 1st floor has a comfortable living area with a large kitchen, island seating, and dining table, that opens to a covered back porch that backs up to a private nature preserve with seating for alfresco dining. Also on the first floor, there is a Queen guest bedroom and hall bath with a walk-in shower and a King suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with the first having two sets of twin over twin bunks, the 2nd guest room has a king bed. There is a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The separated spaces make this the ideal home for two families to share.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities 
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs from March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bathhouses, and ample lounge chairs to relax in. 

NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community

Parking
3-4 vehicle driveway, NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY

On-street parking for vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community.  Proximity to your property is not guaranteed.  On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag.  Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times.  The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations.  30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 P.M.

Overall the place was very nice! It looks exactly like the pictures. We liked that it was in the back of the neighborhood because it was more quiet. Still a very short walk to the pool. Only thing missing from the kitchen could be some Tupperware or storage for leftover food. Loved that bikes were included! They were waiting for us upon arrival and although one bike had a broken peddle, a new one was brought the next day when we reported it. This house isn’t as big as some others in the neighborhood but we had 3 adults and 4 kids and it was fine. I would definitely recommend this house for smaller groups!

We LOVED our stay here! Everything was clean, organized and nicely decorated (in a beachy style). We especially loved the front porch and riding the provided bikes around town. We will definitely be back!
