Bon Ton Blue is a home away from home located in the serene Village of Blue Mountain Beach, providing access to a community pool, fitness center, and public beach access with restrooms is located within a 10-15 minute walk. The first floor of the home offers a kitchen with stainless steel appliances that opens to a spacious living and dining area with a queen guest bedroom and laundry room. The stairs lead to the second floor where you will find the king master bedroom, which offers a private balcony to enjoy the gulf breeze, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Just down the hall are a second king guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and additional twin trundle bed. The home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring along your furry friend to enjoy the beach with you! When you feel like getting out of the house, feel free to take a short 10-minute drive down scenic 30A to enjoy Seaside, which offers concerts and some walkable amenities are Blue Mountain Creamery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Bakery, & many others!

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities:
The Village of Blue Mountain Beach is a quiet community in one of the less congested areas of 30A that offers the chance to sit back and enjoy the serenity of white beaches and sunshine that offer the following amenities:
~ Community Pool – home is a 2-3 minute walk to the pool. The pool cannot be heated. (Located in the Blue Mountain Village Condo & Accessed with Keycard. No parking available at pool.)
~ Public Beach Access within a 5-10 minute walk (Public Beach Access & Beach Services Available Directly on the Beach on a First Come First Serve Basis)
~ Community Fitness Center (Located in the Blue Mountain Village Condo & Accessed with Keycard/Code)

Parking:
Bon Ton Blue has designated parking for three vehicles in the driveway, and there is street parking available on a first come first serve basis.

Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

The property was great! Great location. Beach was a short walk. Pool is a block away. Blue mountain bakery is great and it’s so close! There are a variety of restaurants around. The house: They provide everything to cook. It was clean. The beds are comfy. The 4 bikes were a plus! Great communication! I can definitely recommend this place.

It was a very good location, 5 minute walk from the beach, very comfortable beds, and we were supplied with everything we needed as far as cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, washing machine etc. Felt right at home.

This place was at a great location close to beach and walking distance to few places, bike ride to most other places. It was an easy check in. Easy and prompt communication with host. Beach was close by so didn’t really use the pool although it was available. Bikes were a plus!! Kitchen had everything and had washer and dryer that worked out great for our week stay! Would definitely stay again. It exceeded our expectations! Thanks again!
