Little Palm Carriage house is a special find in the Seacrest Area of 30A. Only available to rent on its own for a few months each year. One-bedroom carriage house that has been completely remodeled with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Full bathroom with glass-enclosed walk-in shower Small outdoor balcony with a view of the lush backyard and private pool, the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Just a short bike ride or drive to the shops and restaurants of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach and there is a short two-minute walk to the beach access. This home is a perfect, getaway on beautiful 30A!

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Parking
Little Palm has designated parking for one vehicle in the driveway, street parking is not permitted.

Beach Service
The beach access closest to this home is a very short walk at the dead-end of Seacrest Drive. There is no parking at the access. This location does not allow vendor services or beach chair rentals. Please make sure you bring your own beach items and chairs or plan to make arrangements at a different beach access location along 30A that does offer vendor services.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
