Welcome to The Round Up, your coastal living paradise. Everything about this Seacrest home was designed for the perfect beach getaway. The white and blue-hued décor is accented with beach glass, white shells, and pearlescent tile, reminding you of the emerald waters located just minutes away. When it’s time to wash away the sand, you’ll appreciate the privacy of the fully enclosed outdoor shower and towel hooks near the back door. Comfortably accommodating 10, your crew will find multiple areas for relaxing and connecting, including the covered front porch, cozy living room and loft with seating area and TV on the upstairs landing. The open galley kitchen and large pantry are perfect when cooking for a crowd, with ample seating at the dining table and kitchen breakfast bar. The Round Up is perfect for multi-family vacations with two king master suites and 3 additional bedrooms. The upstairs master suite features a covered private deck with a porch swing bed for relaxing after your day at the beach. The in room coffee maker, offers you the perfect way to start your day. And the white marble bathroom with generous soaking tub is the perfect way to end your day. This home is nestled between Alys Beach (on the West side) and Rosemary Beach (on the East side). Minutes from all the shopping and dining in these sought after neighborhoods.

Community Amenities

Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking

The Round Up has a two-vehicle driveway. NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY

On-street parking for vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hang tag. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.

~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 P.M.

The Round Up was the perfect spot for our girls trip. We had 9-10 guests depending on the night and were all able to sleep comfortably and had plenty of living space for gathering too. We went to the beach 2 of the days and enjoyed the quick walk. We also enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants in Rosemary, Alys, and Seaside. I believe Seacrest is the perfect location in 30a!

We had so much family time from playing games, riding bike, swimming, and beaching. The house had everything we needed and MORE. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the quiet dead end street and coziness of the neighborhood. We will be back!

We had a small bachelorette weekend for my sister. There was a total of 6 of us. Waaay more space than we needed, but perfect for our needs. The house is beautifully decorated and Uber clean. Would highly recommend!

We've rented homes in the past 15 years in this area due to family living there. This was the ONLY home that was well equipped with small amenities....things that often are forgotten when traveling, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, etc. Included welcome basket and binder with things to do and phone numbers was much appreciated.

Our extended family of 10 has been coming to Seacrest Beach for 4 years. We found this house when our previous one was not available. It is very spacious and perfect for the range of ages we had 4-76. The teens had they=it own spaces to hang when they wanted to but we all gathered in the living room for movies and dining room table for puzzles and games. The kitchen was well equipped with so much equipment, glassware, dishes and serving ware. We would ask for more silverware, but maybe that has walked off. The deck area and porch were wonderful for relaxing. There are so many things to mention, but I will end on the fact that we will return.

We had high expectations, but they were completely exceeded! Spacious, clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. The outdoor patio and grill were icing on the cake. Love this place! The tram service to the resort style pool - fabulous! The tram service to the beach - fabulous! The staff of the community were warm and friendly and courteous - almost to a fault. Oh yeah, the balcony off the 2nd story master bedroom, with it’s almost twin bed sized swing? GREAT place for an afternoon nap. Felt very comfortable just “hangin’l at The Round Up. We’ll be back!

Wow! What a beautiful home! We enjoyed our time at Seacrest Beach and we will be back! Y'all's home doesn't feel like a rental - it is cozy, bright, and stocked with items we needed! Our whole week, it rained maybe ~ 10 mins! Perfect weather!! The location couldn't have been more wonderful! What a treasure you have here! We made memories we will have forever! I would definitely stay here again! The home exceeded my expectations. The decor was outstanding and the floor plan was perfect bc master was on main and my two teen age daughters had the second floor to themselves. I loved the quiet street and proximity to alys beach. The shuttle picked us up at the house which made carrying coolers and beach towels a breeze. It was perfect. And thank you for the adorable beach bag and tshirt

The home was exactly as described. We took walks around the community including to the little village area where our kiddos shopped for food staples, played on the community lawn, and we picked up take out for dinner. The tram took us to the beach each day which was super easy, convenient. We will definitely come back!

This beachhouse is truly special. Every single detail shows in the beautifully decorated home, from the triple sheeted beds, fully equipped kitchen, and use of beach chairs, beach bikes, and towels. I love the outdoor shower, which was perfect ending to our long daily beach walks. The comfortable beds, tv's in every room were a great ending to our beautiful relaxing days. We loved having our morning coffee on one of the double balcony porches. The perfect house to enjoy our 30A vacation. We will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing ten days in this beautiful home! The location is our favorite part of 30A. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach is the perfect combination. The house is a spacious, comfortable and perfectly decorated home away from home. We are looking forward to returning with the entire family!
