Welcome to Seas The Day! If you’re looking for a true “Old Florida” beach house that can accommodate a crowd, you better “seas” this opportunity. This pet-friendly cottage is two homes in one, featuring three bedrooms downstairs and a bunk room upstairs – each with their own kitchen and dining tables. The upstairs apartment offers a separate entrance if needed as well as a sundeck with chairs and lounges. When it’s time to gather, you’ll appreciate flexible seating in the downstairs living room, as well as plenty of space in the fenced-in backyard. You can play a game of corn hole, eat dinner under the stars at the picnic table and grilling area, or lounge in the Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire table. Of course you came for the beach, and the nearest access is only one minute by bike or five minutes on foot. You also have access to the owner’s golf cart should you want to grab a bite at nearby Old Florida Fish House, The Perfect Pig, or Café 30A.

Golf Cart

The homeowner generously allows guests to use their personal golf cart as an added amenity with rental of their home. Refunds/Credits will not be issued if the golf cart becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to repair/parts malfunctioning. Repairs will be made in a timely manner; however, the added amenity of the golf cart cannot be guaranteed. If replacement parts need to be ordered, it can sometimes take multiple days to receive the parts and complete the repair. And, there is a possibility of delays when dealing with outside vendor appointments.

Community Amenities

Centrally located along Scenic Highway 30A, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the nearby beach shops and restaurants. The neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach are easily accessible by bike.

Parking

Seas The Day has parking for up to 3 vehicles.  The parking lines the front of the home and Belmar Dr.  Please make sure you are parked in the designated areas and not blocking through traffic on Belmar Dr.  Parking in the lot next door at Clay Garden & Pottery is not allowed. 

Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.

~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.

Wonderful location just a couple blocks from public beach access! No condos around and was not crowded at all! Also, super easy to get to with the awesome golf cart and beach cruisers provided with the house! Had a bit of an issue when we first arrived but host resolved very quickly! The house itself was very spacious for two families!! Patios were awesome! It is right next to a plant nursery so you feel like you are in a rainforest! Overall great place and we will be staying again! Side note bring your own can opener.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beaches were beautiful. The public beach access was a little further from the house than expected but the golf cart made carrying chairs and coolers to the beach much easier. There is no parking around the beach access though so one person had to drive the golf cart back to the house and walk to the beach after unloading chairs and other things. All the utensils in the kitchen were brand new. Having 2 full kitchens and a grill made preparing meals for a group much easier. Would recommend!

The property was clean and very nice. It was perfect for our large family with older kids. Everyone had plenty of room! The managers for the property were nice, helpful, and quick to address questions. Highly recommend!

The house was in great shape and prepared very well for our arrival. The team at 30A Cottages was nothing but helpful in the booking process and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone with a big group who doesn't mind the big open room with all the bunks. The management company was fantastic and responsive throughout the whole process and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.
