Enjoy the "Southern Waves" of 30A with this beautiful three story home with two sun decks with gulf views, a two minute walk to the 12,000 sq ft community pool, and less than a block away from the community beach access. This three bedroom home offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops, with the open floor plan leading into the dining & living area on the first floor, along with a hall bath with tub/shower combo & guest bedroom with a full bed & twin bunks. The second floor offers the king master with a private balcony, spacious closet, & full bath with walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub, as well a the queen guest bedroom with a private balcony, spacious closet, & full bath with tub/shower combo. The third floor tower offers a day bed , wet bar, & two sun decks with outdoor seating and views of the beautiful gulf. Come and enjoy some "Southern Waves" in your home away from home!

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities 
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs from March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bathhouses, and ample lounge chairs to relax in. 

NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community

Parking
2 vehicle driveway NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY

On-street parking for vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community.  Proximity to your property is not guaranteed.  On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag.  Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times.  The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations.  30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 P.M.

Loved it! Could not say enough about this place. More than enough room for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans etc. the beds were very comfy and there were even sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach! The bikes were great too! My daughter is 8 and we needed to rent a smaller bike as she was juuust too small for the adult ones. The pictures were very accurate and everything went smoothly with check in etc.

We loved our stay at southern waves. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Can’t beat the location , so walkable and loved having the bikes to ride. Restaurants, beaches, and grocery store so convenient.

The house was perfect. The location was perfect. The host was unbelievably kind and helpful. I’ve rented quite a few houses and this was my best experience.

This was a beautiful property! We only stayed for 2 nights, but I would love to come back for a longer stay! The rooms were very large and the living and dining room were great for our family to socialize in. The only negative was that check in was at 6pm, however we were able to get into the house early when I reached out to the property manager. Great place!
