Welcome to Sunnyside Up! This charming Seacrest bungalow features an open floor plan offset by cozy, rustic touches, such as whitewashed shiplap and sliding barn doors. A vaulted wood-trimmed ceiling and nearly all-white décor in the great room are grounded by rustic dark wooden floors, creating a spacious and serene area for cooking, eating and lounging. When it’s time for dinner, the banquette dining table can seat 8 with 3 additional bar stools at the white granite kitchen island. A downstairs media room is another ideal gathering spot with a large sectional sofa and 50” flat screen mounted inside the built-in bookshelves. Sunnyside Up comfortably accommodates 10 people with two king masters and a twin bedroom upstairs, and a custom-built bunk room downstairs with four twin beds. Located on the back of the Seacrest community, the house overlooks the nature trail, which can be enjoyed by the master suite’s private balcony or the lower level’s outdoor seating area. Even though Sunnyside Up gives you a feeling of serenity and seclusion, the Alys and Rosemary communities are just a short walk or bike ride away, giving you access to some of the area’s finest shopping, dining and entertainment. Seacrest also boasts the largest community pool on 30A and a complimentary beach tram service from March until October. You’ll also appreciate an outdoor shower and two designated off-street parking spaces.

Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking

Sunnyside Up has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

On-street parking for vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hang tag. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

A wonderful place to stay. Perfect for two small families traveling together. The location is fantastic and right where you want to be. We can’t wait to stay again. Just note - check in time is 6pm which we knew but proved to be a little late for traveling with infants and toddlers.

We loved our recent stay at Sunnyside Up! It was even more spacious in person than the pictures showed online. We so appreciated the downstairs teen cave for our 4 kids and they loved that privacy. Cannot beat the location to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved sunnyside up. This is our 3rd time to travel to seacrest in the last 8 months. We've stayed in different homes each time. This was by far our favorite layout. Kids were downstairs and adults were all on the main floor. Most houses your climbing stairs to get to each level. Literally every utensil was marked where it went which was nice to be able to find stuff. The backyard is peaceful and right off the hiking trail. Very tranquil. Flip side to that though is it's a hike to the beach. Yes, shuttles can get you there and there are plenty of them, we still felt like it was a chore to get to the beach. And last, we won't be visiting again on spring break. We heard at least a dozen times that they had never seen this many kids in this area. Some were very rude and very obnoxious. The weather also can be dicey for beach time in the water. We understood that going in. All in all it was another great relaxing trip and we appreciate sunnyside ups hospitality!

Our family of 6 spent Thanksgiving week at this precious house. This is our third trip to Seacrest, but this property is by far our favorite! The kitchen is awesome and very well appointed. The adjoining living area is perfect. All of the bedrooms are spacious and stylish, and the beds are very comfortable. We all enjoyed the downstairs living space and the back patio area downstairs. All in all, the property is very well maintained and clean. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation!

Our high school friends annual beach trip was a little different this year as it had to roll from April to September to October due to Covid/injuries. 30a was so accommodating and understanding. Sunnyside Up was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful week. It is a beautiful house and the layout was perfect. We look forward to staying there again!

Sunnyside Up was a beautiful home in a lovely community! It is close to many restaurants and shoppes. Our family enjoyed the complimentary bikes especially. We rode around the community and over to the Hub. 30A Cottages and Concierge was attentive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend staying with them!

We stay at the 30A every summer, this was hands down our favorite home to stay in! Amazing community, great location between Rosemary & Alys Beach .. just a bike ride away from everything! The downstairs bunk room and game room made it such a peaceful stay for both adults and kids! We will be back!

We were very impressed with our stay at Sunnyside Up and with the professional services of 30-A Concierge. The home was very clean, well stocked and on a quiet, laid-back street. Even the decor put a smile on our faces when we walked in! There was more than enough room in the home to spread out in and relax. While the 30-A area was more crowded than we expected before Memorial Day, the tram drivers, beach chair crew and pool staff at Seacrest met the challenge beautifully. We definitely hope to return soon!

My family loved this home! The second we opened the front door, we instantly felt welcomed. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect, providing the 6 adults and 3 children in our group with more than enough space to spread out and yet still have plenty of privacy. The kitchen and family rooms provided a great place for us to gather together, with lots of room for all of us. I will definitely want to stay in this home for our next visit!!

Our week at Sunnyside Up in Seacrest was wonderful. There were 5 adults and four children, ages 5 and under, in our group. Loved the layout of the house, with three bedrooms on the first floor and the bunk room and terrific play area for the kids on the lower level. We could easily gate off the stairs to keep the toddler safe. We used the four bicycles that came with the house every day (we rented buggies for the back of two, that accommodated all four kids, toys and towels for the pool and beach). Also enjoyed the handy tram service and friendly drivers! We will be back! The staff at 30A Cottages was friendly, helpful and responsive when making our reservation and throughout our stay. Many thanks!

We've rented a number of houses in the Seacrest community, and Sunnyside Up is by far our favorite. The basement level was perfect for the kids to take over, leaving the main floor to the adults. The inclusion of four adults bikes with the rental was really convenient and saved us money. we also loved that you could walk right out the back door and hop on the path to the shops and restaurants of Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. We'll definitely be back!

This house is just perfect. The description is spot on. The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook and grill. It sits near the back of Seacrest, so it was really quiet. The back porch is an amazing place to have coffee in the morning or watch the stars at night. It really has two master suites, so it's perfect for a bigger family. The downstairs living area was well stocked with games. If you like movies in the evening, there is also a DVD player. There weren't many movies, but do you really need them at the beach? The house was literally a one minute bike ride to park and walk across the street for beach access. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless clean when I arrived. The street was extremely quiet at night, which was a bonus. It was off season, and I can see it being very busy there during peak times. I wish I could say something negative just to not sound so one-sided, but this place is just incredible. You will not regret choosing this home. The team at 30a concierge is amazing. Kayla helped me organize everything for my stay. Certainly, they will be my first choice for 30a rentals in the future.

From arranging our accommodations on Christmas Day to having a crib ready for our youngest to sleep in, the great staff at 30-A Cottages couldn’t have illustrated the word Concierge more aptly. They were very kind and eager to help and quick to answer any questions we had. Sunnyside Up was (is) a terrific home that may appear quaint from the curb but is deceptively big inside. Our family loved the location right on the nature trail, watching movies in the comfy den downstairs, the beachcomber bikes that came with the home, and the ease with which we could get to the beach. We really can not overstate how much we enjoyed this last minute winter beach trip and look forward to doing it again in December 2018.

We adored our week at the absolutely perfect home called Sunny Side Up! The home had a Joanna Gains design and we fell in love the moment we walked in! The resort had top notch security, shuttle service to the beach and the pool was absolutely amazing! The location of this resort was perfect for early morning bike rides as we toured all the adorable neighborhoods and even rode along 30a the Donut Hole for an amazing breakfast a couple of mornings during our stay. The pristine clear blue ocean water and white sand made the daily beach visits a must! The reset staff was amazing and we will definitely be back to this paradise! We are frequent guests to the Seacrest Beach community, and this is one of the most unique homes we have ever stayed. The finish and decor were very tastefully done, and the layout of the home is great. The open living space on the first floor is both inviting and functional, and the downstairs a perfect teen retreat for my daughter and her friends. The bunk room was well equipped with a cubby, lighting and an outlet for each of the 4 beds, and the media room completed their private quarters. The grill and outdoor kitchen also came in handy for the nights we decided to cook at home. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. I don't think I've ever booked the same place twice, but this could be the exception.

Our family vacation was awesome and a large part of it was this home. Very spacious,clean and family friendly with a gameroom downstairs. 10 people fit very comfortably in this home. Back patio was a plus and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved it!!!!!

We recently stayed in this beautiful, well-decorated, comfy home. As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed several movie nights downstairs, curled up on the sectional with popcorn. Plenty of privacy behind you, so it made it nice to hang out on the patio and grill out.

This house is beautiful, and spotlessly clean! Nicely decorated and very comfortable living room & bsmt Media Room. Latest 3D TV's and kitchen appliances. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The 4th bedroom in the walk-out basement is a kids Bunk-room with 4 bunks. It is on the back row of the community, giving guests a more spacious feeling. Plenty of parking.
