Whether you’re staying in Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, or anywhere in-between on Florida’s Highway 30A, there’s always tons of fun activities to enjoy when spending time in the area. June in particular is an amazing month to visit 30A because it’s the beginning of the season and everyone is getting out there to soak up all the summer sun, sand, and surf. Dance Walk 30A - Friday, June 3, 2016

Grab your family, friends, and leashed pets and dance your Friday morning away for this inaugural event. A special playlist for this dance walk has been put together by 30A Radio for participants to listen to while strutting their stuff down 30A.

Coastal Dune Lakes Celebration - Saturday, June 4, 2016

The coastal dune lakes along Grayton Beach are a natural treasure adored by 30A locals and visitors. Partake in complimentary YOLO paddle boards, 30A Kickbike rides and Hydrobike cruises on Saturday, June 4 at Grayton Beach State Park. Also enjoy educational exhibits about the local environment and its wildlife.

Encounters with Rikki book signing - Wednesday, June 8, 2016, 10:30 a.m.

The Blue Giraffe in Watercolor will host therapy dog Rikki, her parents, and author of the book Encounters with Rikki: From Hurricane Katrina Rescue to Exceptional Therapy Dog, Julie Strauss Bettinger. This amazing canine has helped hundreds of children in the Florida juvenile court system. Meet this inspirational animal at The Blue Giraffe.

Breakfast with a Ranger - Saturday, June 11, 2016, 9 a.m.

Learn all about Topsail Hill Preserve State Park when you have breakfast with a ranger. Ask questions and explore this amazing state park on a peaceful Saturday morning.

Cirque du Rosemary: Lumiere - Beginning on Tuesday, June 14, 2016

This free event hosted throughout the summer is a spectacular performance including high-flying aerial arts and acrobatics. Don’t forget to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets to this outdoor evening extravaganza, hosted in Rosemary Beach.

Children’s Theatre: The Stinky Cheese Man - Beginning on Wednesday, June 15, 2016

Movie Night at The Hub - Every Wednesday, 7 p.m.

Check out family-friendly movies on the jumbotron every Wednesday at The Hub in South Walton. From classics like E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial to new favorites such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, there’s something for everyone at The Hub.
