If you’re planning your visit for March, don’t miss the 30A Wine Festival! Alys Beach will welcome renowned vintners and local culinary guests for its 4th annual 30A Wine Festival benefiting Children’s Volunteer Health Network, March 6-8, 2015. Cheers!

Friday, March 6: 6pm-9pm Bourbon, Beer, & Butts at Kelly Green with live music by Eric Lindell.

Saturday, March 7: 11am-12:30pm: Baby Blue Blending Seminar with Blue Rock Vineyard Owner, Kenny Kahn. At tables of six, guests will create their own Baby Blue Blend and as a table, determine the final blend to submit for judging.  Kenny Kahn will talk guests through the history of Blue Rock, about the wine, and more. Then, it’s your turn to be the mix master! Take about 45 minutes to create your own blend.$500 per table of six or $100 per person.  Limited to five tables of six guests, 30 guests total. *Additional ticket purchase required.

11am-12:30pm Riedel Tasting Seminar The event should last for about one hour. During this time, in a workshop type setting, the guest will evaluate and compare the aromas and flavor profile of the 4 varietals against a non Riedel glass as well as against the different Riedel varietal glasses. Cost is $100 person and includes tasting kit featuring a selection of 24% lead crystal Riedel glasses.

1:30pm-3:30pm Wine Seminars at Caliza Pool featuring Glenn Alexandar of Sanglier Cellars, Ted Henry of Prime Cellars, and Catherine Miles of Broadbent Selections.

3:30pm-6pm Walkabout

6pm-8pm After Party featuring live music by Fearless Heights.

Sunday, March 8: 11:30am-3:30pm Fruits de Mer & Sancerre featuring Croquet on Kelly Green with live music by Kyle LaMonica.
