Halloween is one of our favorite times of the year. What’s not to love? Jack-o-lanterns, candy, dressing up, and haunted houses all in one day. 30A has something to do for you, your little princesses, ghosts and goblins and even your fur baby!

Monstrous Halloween Celebration and Trick-or-Treating

The Halloween celebration is beginning a week early in Rosemary Beach. On October 22nd from 2pm-5pm, The Monstrous Halloween Celebration and Trick-or-Treating event will be a great kick off for you and the kids. Pumpkin carving, airbrush tattoos, spin art, music and more are just a few spooky fun activities you won’t want to miss. Take a hayride trip around North Barrett Square and if you’re feeling brave, tour the haunted cemetery! Make sure to come dressed in your costume; There will be a chance to win prizes!

Seaside Halloweener Derby

Woof Woof! Calling all howl-o-ween Dachshund owners! Bring your pooch dressed in its very best Halloween costume to the Seaside Halloweener Derby to win the race. If you don’t have a Dachshund, your fur baby is still welcomed to dress up to enter in the pet costume contest. Come ready to cheer on your pup on October 29th from 10am-2pm in Seaside. There is a $25 fee that can be paid with cash or check on the day of the event.

Noche de los Muertos at Caliza Pool

Come costume ready to dance the ghosts away with DJ Jason Jani on Friday, October 28th. The night of the dead costume party is a 21-and-up event in Alys Beach at the Caliza Pool. Private cabanas with bottle service are available to purchase for you and all of your friends. Come dressed to impress [or to scare] in your Halloween costume to have the chance to win $1000 cash prize! Tickets are available online at nochedelosmuertos.com. Purchase your ticket in advance for $50, or at the door for $60. You may also stop by Alys Beach Bike Shop, the Alys Shoppe, or Fonville Press until close of business Friday, October, 28th. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Children’s Volunteer Health Network.

Trick-or-Treat off the Street

The ol’ Halloween stand-by! Families with children 13-and-under are welcomed to trick-or-treat at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets from 4pm-7pm. Come dressed in your costume to trick-or-treat at each of the participating stores for yummy goodies and candy.
