Tranquillity on the Beach offers a quiet Gulf front getaway much like the name implies. This Gulf-front unit along 30A is only four floors, contains 20 units and is situated within a gated complex. With a recently renovated kitchen and living area, this unit in particular features unobstructed views to the south and west. We are located in the Seacrest beach area of 30A with the fine offerings of Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches less than two miles away.
Upon entrance to this unit, the views are incredible and enjoyed from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The first bedroom on the right has a queen bed with a full bathroom off the hall housing the full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a king bed and has another full bathroom that can be closed to the living area or shared. The beautiful king master bedroom is located in the rear of the unit facing the gulf with large windows and a door to the spacious balcony. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Along with the new granite counter tops, this kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to make your family’s favorite meal. The dining room table has seating for six people with additional 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. The living room has a new flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system to go with the floor to ceiling gulf views.
