No vacation is complete without a little splurging, and at the end of a sun-filled day on the beach, nothing hits the spot quite like your favorite dessert. If you haven’t been to these 30A favorites, it’s time to add them to your vacation bucket list!
Located right off the 30A bike trail and near the Blue Mountain beach access, this popular ice cream shop is absolutely worth stopping by. With tons of fun, homemade flavors to choose from (think Dark Chocolate Hazelnut and Cinnamon Bun) there is something for every ice cream lover. If you’re looking for heaven in a cup or cone—look no further!
If you haven’t been to Frost Bites, have you really been to Seaside? Frost Bites, which can usually be found around the Seaside Pavilion, is a 30A classic. They’re known for their incredibly tasty shaved ice creations and their brightly colored t-shirts, but truthfully anything you get from this fun little airstream will be a winner! Fun Fact: The locally owned and operated business also donates and partners with Lighthouse Family Retreat—a getaway for families of kids with Cancer.
The Sugar Shak, located on 30A Rosemary Beach, will have the whole family acting like a kid in a candy store! Their claim to fame is not only the incredible selection of every candy you can imagine, but their many flavors of milkshakes and fun merchandise selection. Though the store can get pretty busy, stopping by is a must when in Rosemary!
Nothing says “breakfast at the beach” more than a box of donuts for breakfast. And trust us, these you will not want to miss! Located in the heart of Seagrove, this locally owned and operated shop makes over 20 types of homemade donuts daily. The Donut Hole has it all, so If you want a donut that’s as unique as you are—this is the spot for you. Parking is limited, so we suggest riding your bike!
30A Pop Stop
Looking for a treat that’s a little more on the “healthy” side? Pop by the Pop Stop in Seagrove. Their mantra is “Live. Your. Flavor,” and boy do they live up to it! These all natural, hand-crafted, and not to mention delicious pops are the perfect way to cool off after a long day on the beach. With over 70 unique flavors (Keylime Pie, Grapefruit-Rosemary and more), you’ll be sure to find a funky pop flavor you’ve never tried before!
