About the Home
Pelican Watch is a stunning three-story townhome perfectly situated on the south side of 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The open-concept floor plan features multiple living areas, covered balconies, and enclosed porches—including a foosball room for family fun.

The second-floor kitchen is newly renovated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and an island with wine cooler and bar sink—ideal for entertaining. The large covered porch can be opened to gulf breezes or closed with shutters.

The first-floor master suite has a king bed and private bath, while the third floor boasts a second king master with workspace and dual-head shower. Kids will love the queen-over-queen bunk room with private bath and flat-screen TV. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails from any of the private balconies. The gulf-front pool and direct beach access are just a short walk away.

Great location tucked just south of 30A in "Sunset Beach"--easy access to beach, Rosemary and Alys. The community had a gate attendant during the day, which was nice. The rental was clean and in good shape. Kitchen was well-stocked with a variety of cookware. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Having a garage was convenient. Was perfect for our party of 4 adults--plenty of separation/privacy between the king bedrooms. Loved being able to walk to the beach without having to cross 30A.

Wonderful stay at the Pelican! We stayed here for 5 nights and look forward to coming back! Upon arrival, house was perfectly clean, tidy and welcoming. Beautifully styled, beachy vibe, perfect for vacation. Everything was just as listed in detail. Easy communication. Super close to the beach, perfect for families. Bikes available to explore the area. 5/5! We look forward to booking here again!

Our Rosemary Beach vacation was such a fabulous time. The Pelican Watch condo was perfectly located for all our beach activities. The condo was great! It had a nice kitchen with everything you would need to cook or entertain. Easy walk to the beach and close to all the local restaurants! Enjoyed the bikes which where included with the rental.

We loved our stay at Pelican Watch! Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location between Alys and Rosemary. It was so nice to walk to restaurants and shopping! Easy access to the beach and the heated pool was awesome on chilly days. 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. Everything you would require for a short or extended stay is available. The accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable and located within walking distance or short drive to all 30A locations. What an amazing experience! The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and every aspect was perfect! Pelican Watch is a great place. Super convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Place is well designed and has super comfy beds. Access to a pool also is nice especially for kids. Best of all it’s a very short walk to beach!

House was perfect for family of six. We had plenty of room. We loved the beautiful bathrooms. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies. Felt very secure and safe. Communication was excellent. Easy to text or email someone to ask questions. We enjoyed riding our bikes to go out to eat. Great location! Definitely want to come back next year.

We have stayed in the Sunset Villa 7 years in a row. This time we brought our son’s girlfriend. The house and set up was perfect for bringing significant others. The walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

We loved the location - close to restaurants. The home was beautiful and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 college girls. The balconies were a bonus! Walking to the pool and beach were easy. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. It felt very safe behind gates as well.

Had a great weekend meeting with old college friends. We played golf at Camp Creek close to Pelican Watch, walked to restaurants, and enjoyed spending time together on the many porches. The house was so nice and the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our needs. We will be back “Same time next year!”

Great Location, close to rosemary, Seacrest, inlet and Alyss. Walk to the beach and pool is quick. Bikes are a bonus for getting around. 3rd floor porch is wonderful to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Home was very clean, and the staff answered all our questions.

We loved the house and the location. The house sits directly on 30-A, and we could walk to the sidewalk beside the house and take a left to go to the shops and restaurants in Alys Beach, or take a right to go to Rosemary Beach, or walk across the street to Seacrest Beach. The pool and beach were steps away at the end of a private walkway, and there was secure, gated entry for the two homes on this street. The house was beautiful, comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed spending time on the 2nd and 3rd floor porches too. We will definitely stay at Pelican Watch for our next beach trip!

Easy access to get to Pelican Watch with gate entry and beach a very short walk away! Everything you need in this place with bikes provided and proximity to Rosemary restaurants. 30A Cottages such a wonderful company to get us what we needed. Highly recommend both Pelican Watch and 30A Cottages!
