Full Description

After Dune Delight is a three-story townhome located in the gated Sunset Beach community on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A. Positioned just steps from the beach and the Gulf-front community pool, this home offers Gulf views, multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, and convenient access to nearby 30A communities including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seacrest Village.

The first floor features a private king guest suite with a full bathroom, offering a comfortable space for guests to unwind. The second floor serves as the main gathering area with an open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Three porches on this level create seamless indoor and outdoor living, while the kitchen includes KitchenAid appliances, a wine cooler, and fully stocked cabinetry.

The third floor includes the primary king suite with Gulf views, two private balconies, and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. An additional queen guest bedroom with private bath is also located on this level. Large windows, 10-foot ceilings, and multiple porches throughout the home create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

• No smoking permitted
• No pets permitted (certified service animals allowed with advance notice and documentation)
• Published rates do not include taxes and fees
• 50% due at booking
• Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable
• Optional travel insurance available prior to final payment
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM CST
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy property for duration of stay

The home condo unit was furnished with everything you need...beautiful stonework throughout especially the bathrooms. It was a pleasure staying here and would stay again!

We spent one week at After Dune Delight and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully appointed and the location could not be better! Being between Rosemary and Alys, it was a short walk either way. 30a Cottages was great to work with, providing all information in a clear and concise manner. They were quick to respond to questions and very nice to work with. I will definitely book through them again!

This was our third time renting After Dune Delight. It's a 3BR/4Bath condo that is in the perfect location. We love being able to walk right down to the beach and to the shops/restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The house is nicely equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and the balconies (there are many) are lovely. Very relaxing place to stay.

I did not realize this was a small company but I sure could feel it! They stayed in touch for a long time leading up to arrival and during our stay. A hurricane was coming and they personally called us to discuss this matter. The whole process was very easy from booking the property and checking in to checking out! Will definitely use them again!!
