The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with large sliding glass doors opening to the patio and beach. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king bed and Gulf views, while the guest bedroom also features a king bed and private balcony.

Located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Seafarer is within walking or biking distance to charming shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Spend your days on the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and your evenings exploring all that 30A has to offer.

Reservation & Booking Policy
  • Check-in: 6:00 PM (CST) | Check-out: 12:00 PM (CST)
  • Tenant must be at least 25 years old and occupy the home during the rental period
  • 50% of total cost due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival (or in full if within 60 days)
  • Cancellations over 30 days in advance: full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Cancellations less than 30 days: non-refundable
  • Optional travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • NO SMOKING
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees
  • Cancellation policies from 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement override third-party booking sites

We’ve been vacationing at Seacrest through 30A cottages now for 3 years in a row and loving our experience with them. From easy and smooth booking, to regular updates, to seamless check in and check out, to perfect beachfront home… everything is wonderful! Vacationing with 30A cottages is now becoming an annual family tradition that we all look so much forward to. Thank you guys for making our experience great year after year!

Great place, right on the beach

Be home was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The beach was a few stairs away and extremely accessible from the back porch. There was a pizza and wine bar within walking distance, but lots of restaurants and shops about a mile away.

Highly recommended. Perfect location with a staircase leading right to the beach. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property is well-maintained, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings that make it feel like a home away from home.

Our early June stay was incredible. We rented a golf cart and used it to zoom around the area and explore. The condo is steps away from the beach. The space was great so the kids and adults have privacy. We loved how easy it was to go down and have our chairs and umbrella already set up for us. The kids really enjoyed the views and crab hunting at night. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend beach stay. Stunning views, and easy access to the beach. Jason and Camille were so sweet and helpful. It's clear they truly care about their guests' experience and comfort. Can't wait to come back!

We could not have had a better stay at Jason’s Airbnb! I spent Thanksgiving there with my family, and it was pure bliss. His home is beautiful, the l ocation and view was perfect. We were all in heaven and didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much Jason and family for making our first trip to Alys beach so memorable.

Jason and Camille’s place is wonderful! Exactly as described and pictured. Steps off of a beautiful, private beach. Our trip was with another couple and the townhouse was perfect for that with two king beds. The beach chairs were a lovely bonus as we were traveling out of peak season and there was no chair service. Jason and Camille provided everything we needed!

This is a great townhome! There were five of us, three adults and two young children. The home has everything you need. The location is incredible. Rosemary Beach is about a 10 minute bike ride. Tons of great restaurants a short ride away. Beach was immaculate and views were stunning. Jason made everything easy. He is very responsive and friendly. We’ll be booking for our 2024 vacation!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. My family had an amazing time and felt right at home. Everything is exactly as pictured and described. Jason was super friendly, helpful and responsive. The beach view was amazing! Can’t beat the mast er view. The condo was perfect for those with kids since you’re right on the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to visit again and would highly recommend!!!

What a cozy, quaint and beautiful place to be on 30A. We came in for a wedding weekend and the condo was perfect for everything we needed. The place was clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms spotless, easy to use the TV and kitchen appliances, and most importantly a gorgeous ocean view with spectacular sun sets. Thank you to Jason and Camille for providing a jewel of a place and being such wonderful hosts!!!!

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway on 30A with a beach view! My wife and I enjoyed waking up every morning for sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves for sunset during dinner, it was simply perfect! It has a private beach acc ess which was super convenient. This Airbnb was extremely cozy nonetheless and had everything you need when it comes to beach towels, beach chairs, games, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. It’s also within 1 - 2 miles walking or biking distance to all of the gre at restaurants and shops in Aly’s & Rosemary Beach. The host, Jason, was great! Very responsive no matter what time of day and was helpful with his suggestions. Will definitely be returning!

We’ve visited many properties on 30a and this townhome is now our favorite place on 30a. Perfectly secluded beachfront location close to everything that 30a has to offer. Jason and Camille are wonderful hosts that are super quick to respond to any questio ns or needs. There home is absolutely perfect. Our family of four enjoyed every moment in this home. Very easy and convenient access to the beach with a gorgeous view from the living room and bedroom! Bikes and paddle boards delivered to your doorstep. Bea ch chair and umbrella set up for you every morning. We’ve enjoyed this stay tremendously and already planning our return!!! We strongly recommend this wonderful beach home for anyone who loves 30a vacations!

We come every year and this is the first place we will rent again. Location is just perfect. House is very nice and comfortable. Jason and his wife are very responsive. We already are looking at booking our next trip here.

Great place! The renovation turned out amazing, very high end! TV had a major failure in the family room during our stay and they had it replaced the next day! Only complaint is that the walkway used by this set of condos is not completely private to those condos, a group of condos across the street use that entrance and it caused issues on the first day, with people using our beach chairs that come with the condo (both Jason/Camille’s fault) just something to keep on mind as it’s a semi private beach. We l oved the condo, and location between seaside and Rosemary Beach! The public is 5 min away and the kitchen is well equipped. Would def stay again. Thanks J&C!
