Welcome to Endless Summer, a luxurious retreat where upscale comfort meets effortless coastal living. Brand new to the rental market, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for families and groups seeking style, convenience, and exceptional amenities.

First Floor
Step inside to an inviting, newly furnished interior with curated décor and generous natural light. The primary suite offers a serene escape with a king bed, spa-like bathroom, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The chef-inspired kitchen features premium appliances, expansive counter space, and an open layout perfect for entertaining. A spacious living area with plush seating and a large TV creates the ideal spot for movie nights or relaxed gatherings.

Guests will also enjoy two additional first-floor living spaces, offering room for everyone to unwind.

Second Floor
Upstairs, a dedicated workspace accommodates remote work or study needs. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, including:

  • A bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk and private bath
  • A guest room with a king bed and private bath
  • A guest room with two queen beds and private bath

Pool House
A rare perk—your private pool house includes a king bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is all about relaxation and recreation. Enjoy one of WaterColor’s largest private pools, an attached spa, sun deck, outdoor shower, and a built-in gas grill perfect for alfresco dining. Cooler evenings welcome cozy gatherings around the outdoor wood-burning fireplace.

Pool Heating: Available October–April for an additional fee, weather permitting. Heating is unavailable when outdoor temperatures remain below 50°F or above 80°F.

Guest Access Requirements
WaterColor requires wristbands for all guests ages 5+ for pool and beach access.

  • Wristbands cannot be added after arrival.
  • You must provide the accurate number of guests at booking or no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • The HOA strictly enforces a maximum of 12 guests, and will not issue more than 12 wristbands. No exceptions.

Golf Carts
Golf cart rentals are managed exclusively through The Electric Cart Company.

  • Limited availability (approx. 45 carts per week community-wide)
  • Only one cart allowed per home
  • First-come, first-served
  • If a cart is included with the home (this home does not include one), it counts as your single allowable cart.

Parking

  • Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway
  • Garage not accessible to guests
  • WaterColor provides 1 parking pass per property
  • Additional vehicles must use public on-street parking and display the pass
  • Vehicles without a pass may be fined or towed

Reservation & Booking Policies
Note: The 30A Cottages & Concierge Rental Agreement supersedes any third-party booking site policies (VRBO, HomeAway, etc.). Third-party service fees are non-refundable.

  • No smoking
  • Rates do not include taxes & fees
  • 50% of total due at booking
  • Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival (or in full for bookings made within 60 days)
  • Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is refundable when canceling more than 60 days before arrival
  • Travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the entire rental period
