Welcome to Bikini Bottom

While not under the sea, Bikini Bottom is perfectly nestled in a quiet, low-traffic section of WaterColor—offering a peaceful retreat just moments from Camp WaterColor, featuring a lazy river and multiple waterslides.

A large green space directly in front of the home creates an ideal spot for children to play or for families to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, cathedral ceilings and a chef’s kitchen with luxury appliances—including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range—set the stage for an elevated 30A vacation experience.

The main home includes a beautifully furnished primary bedroom and two additional king bedrooms. A cozy loft with twin bunks provides a fun space for two children. The separate carriage house offers extra privacy with its own queen bedroom, sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and full bath with a shower/tub combo.

Conveniently located near the beach, dining, and Publix, Bikini Bottom provides a secluded yet accessible getaway. With generous outdoor space and a family-friendly layout, this home is ideal for families traveling with children.

Community Amenities
WaterColor is known for its eco-friendly design, natural beauty, and world-class amenities. Spend your stay enjoying boutique shopping, excellent dining, outdoor activities, and the community’s many parks and green spaces.

Guest Wristbands
When booking, please provide the accurate number of adults and children staying in the home. WaterColor requires wristbands for all guests ages 5 and older for access to pools and beach facilities.
  • We cannot issue wristbands beyond the final confirmed guest count.
  • Changes must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival.
  • The HOA strictly limits occupancy to 12 guests and will only issue 12 wristbands per stay.

Golf Carts

  • WaterColor restricts golf cart rentals to The Electric Cart Company only. The community permits a limited number of carts (approx. 45 per week). Each home may have only one cart.
  • If your home includes a cart, that fulfills your one allowed cart. For additional rentals or availability, please contact The Electric Cart Company directly.

Parking

  • Parking for up to 3 vehicles (two in the driveway, one in front of the garage).
  • Garage access is not permitted for vehicles.
  • WaterColor issues one parking pass per property for on street parking.
  • Additional vehicles parked within the community must display a valid parking pass to avoid fines or towing.
  • Limited public on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (passes required).

Reservation & Booking Policies
Please note: The cancellation policy outlined in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement supersedes any terms listed on third-party booking sites (VRBO, HomeAway, etc.). We cannot refund service fees charged by third-party sites.

  • No smoking
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees
  • 50% deposit due at booking
  • Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival (or in full if booking within 60 days)
  • Aside from a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days before arrival
  • Optional travel insurance is available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • Check-in: begins at 4:00 PM CST; Check-out: is 10:00 AM CST
  • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Reservations may not be made by or for anyone under 25.

We had a wonderful time at Bikini Bottom! It was a beautiful house, new and fresh decor. Plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. Great location as well!! The carriage house ended up not having working AC but they responded right away to take care of the issue. Beautiful home and would highly recommend.
