Welcome to Emerald Palm, a newly renovated (Fall 2024) 2-bedroom condo perfectly nestled in the heart of the Rosemary Beach Community. Overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine Green, guests enjoy a front-row view of one of Rosemary’s most beloved gathering spaces—often home to family-friendly events and live music at the amphitheater.

Just a short walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf, this bright and inviting condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The thoughtfully refreshed interiors include warm, coastal-inspired design, spacious living areas, and two modern bathrooms for convenience.

A fully equipped kitchen opens to both the breakfast bar and dining area, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. After a day of beach adventures or exploring 30A, unwind in the cozy living space or step out onto the wraparound porch to take in the peaceful community views.

Whether you’re here for relaxation, local events, or a mix of both, Emerald Palm is the perfect home base for experiencing the best of Rosemary Beach.

Parking
Emerald Palm does not have designated parking. Guests may use the parking lot behind the building and permitted on-street parking in lined spaces in front of the condo.

Important Parking Notes:

Only 2 parking passes are issued per the HOA—no exceptions or extras.
Parking in Rosemary Beach can be limited.
On-street parking is first-come, first-served and requires a valid parking pass/hang tag.
Garage or driveway parking (if available at other homes) may not fit oversized vehicles.
The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking rules.
30A Cottages is not liable for fines or towing.

Reservation & Booking Policies
The cancellation policy and terms in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement (emailed at booking) override any policies shown on third-party sites.

Third-party service fees are non-refundable.
A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs.
We do not offer a 100% refund at any time after a booking is processed.

Rental Terms:

No Smoking
No Pets Allowed (excluding certified service animals; advance notice and documentation required)
Published rates do not include taxes and fees
50% of the total cost is due at booking
Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival (or paid in full if arrival is within 30 days)
Except for the 5% fee, the initial 50% is refundable if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival
Optional travel insurance is available (must be purchased before final payment or when paying in full)
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST; check-out is by 10:00 AM
Tenant must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay; keys will not be issued to anyone under 25

Perfect Rosemary Beach Rental

The condo is both spacious and cozy, and also beautifully decorated! The 2 king beds were comfy with great linens, and the bunk bed was “SO COOL” for my 6 year old. The primary bathroom and shower were spacious and luxurious! We loved having coffee and fresh air on the balcony, that also had quiet, lovely views. We loved walking and biking around the Rosemary beach community! Shops and restaurants were about a 5 min walk away, and the beach was not much further. We loved using the 2 bicycles included, and was able to also rent a couple more for the kids which were all waiting for us upon arrival. I would also recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella(s) You can tell that the hosts were very thoughtful with this rental, and 30a cottages made for a seamless stay. I would recommend to any of my friends and family!

Tranquility & Style at The Emerald Palm – A Hidden Treasure in Rosemary Beach!

I recently stayed at this charming condo in Rosemary Beach with my teenage daughter and son, and it was exactly what we needed — relaxing, beautiful, and easy from start to finish. My friend recently stayed here and recommended it to me for a quick and easy getaway-and she was right! Unlike many other spots in Rosemary that can feel a bit crowded, this condo is tucked away in a much quieter corner, right next to a hidden green space with an amphitheater that's perfect for families or travelers with pets. It felt like we had more room to breathe — which made all the difference - and just a 3-5 minute walk from the coffee shops and restaurants. The condo itself is decorated stylish yet comfortable, with every little detail thought through. We had everything we needed. The balcony became our happy place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It’s a total highlight because this particular condo is on the corner so the balcony wraps around with zero neighbors on the other side with beautiful mature landscaping that makes you feel isolated. Such a treat! My teens loved the hallway bunks. They have curtains so you can close each one off for privacy and they each had their own TVs-Needless to say my teens were impressed-which isn’t the easiest thing to do! The rental company was incredibly organized and communicated all of the details before we arrived. They helped us rent our bikes in advanced which were waiting outside when we arrived, AND also booking beach chairs and umbrellas was a breeze. It’s those little conveniences that really made our vacation feel effortless. This place hits all the right notes. We’ll absolutely be coming back — it’s a true Rosemary Beach gem!

My husband and I needed a longer stay while in town for business. 30aCottages was so easy to work with to secure our stay since we were traveling on short notice. The condo was so cozy and inviting. Plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lawn and sunrise. The beds were SO comfy, as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had every item we could have needed to use. It's so close to the main square and beach areas. We highly recommend this lovely condo!

We loved the space and location of Emerald Palm! It had everything we wanted and was very clean and well decorated. We also enjoyed the balcony to sit with friends and to enjoy the sun and read. We highly recommend it!
