Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Cottage By The Sea is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat designed for relaxation and coastal charm. Perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests, this inviting home is just a short stroll to the soft, white sands of the Gulf.
Inside, the open-concept living area offers a bright and comfortable space for gathering. The stylish kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals together.

On the first floor, you’ll find:

A king bedroom with private bath access
A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shared walk-in shower and dual vanities
A bunk room with two twin bunk sets (four beds total) and a flat-screen TV

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, sleeper sofa, spacious en suite bath with a garden tub and stand-alone shower, and a private wraparound balcony — perfect for morning coffee or sunset views.

Outside, unwind in one of the cozy seating areas, gather around the fire pit, or head to the community pool or beach just a minute’s walk away. For your convenience, the home also includes 10 beach chairs and fun beach toys to make your seaside days even better.

This house is exactly like the pictures, perfect for 2 families with kids. Centrally located to beach access, Seaside and Rosemary. We will definitely be renting this property again.

We rented this home for 9 females for Spring Break! Absolutely loved the house! Location is fantastic. Walk right to beach access, it's about 1 mile from Seaside, and a Tom Thumb is a block away. The floor plan is very well appointed. We were super impressed at how many towels were provided since that seems to always be an issue, especially with so many females. Other than that, we had every thing we needed. The house was very, very clean too! I will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Great house for quick access to beach, Seaside and Rosemary areas. Nice private upstairs with its own porch and inside seating area. Large kitchen and connected open family room and outside porch. Perfect location.

Loved this cottage inside and out. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and open concept made for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of outdoor living spaces included. The shed is full of everything needed for the beach! We would definitely return to Cottage by the Sea! Like home away from home.

This house was absolutely stunning. We shot lots of photos for our clothing company around the house because the weather ended up being so cold and it was gorgeous. We loved the large porches and beautiful kitchen and living room. I highly recommend this place. Short walk to the beach and we rode bikes to Seaside every day. We didn't want to leave!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house! Literal steps to the ocean, beautiful porch on both floors, and very comfy sleeping accommodations. I will definitely stay with this company again. Do note, the driveway only fits 2 full size SUVs max, and there is no street parking available.

This house was great. The location was easily within walking distance of the beach. The place was spacious enough that 6 adults could manage without crawling all over each other. The master bedroom was especially the highlight with a kind bed and plenty of room. The shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal with glorious water pressure. After a day at the beach, that shower was a godsend. The only thing that was even the slightest negative (and this was an inconvenience not a true negative) was the driveway. One of our party had a larger truck and it was a tight fit. But let’s be honest here as this is a first world problem not a dealbreaker. How could you complain about this when the rest of the place was truly wonderful. We would stay here again for sure on the next vacation to 30A!
