Inside, the home comfortably accommodates eight guests. The serene primary suite features a king bed with ensuite bathroom, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a cozy queen, while the third has a twin-over-full bunk—ideal for younger travelers. An additional sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible sleeping arrangements.

The open-concept living space welcomes you with natural light, soft coastal hues, and plush furnishings. The modern kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare anything from beach-day snacks to a Gulf seafood feast. Nestled along 30A, Prominence offers lush green spaces, scenic bike paths, and access to over 17 miles of Florida’s iconic coastline. The community center features The Big Chill—a lively hub with an outdoor LED theater, live music, family-friendly events, dining, and boutique shopping. Prominence is ideally located between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east, making it the perfect base for exploring the Gulf Coast.

Parking & Policies:

  • Driveway parking for 2 vehicles; street parking not allowed.
  • No smoking.
  • Rates do not include taxes or fees.
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days prior (or in full if within 60 days).
  • Cancellations >60 days: initial 50% payment refundable minus 5% fee.
  • Travel insurance available; must be purchased before final payment.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
