  • 50% of total cost due at booking; balance due 60 days prior (or in full if booking within 60 days)

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Guests must be 25+ years old to book

Important: WaterColor wristbands are required for all guests 5+ and limited to 10 per home. Provide accurate guest numbers at least two weeks before arrival.

Perfect location, cozy house!

We visited Split Life Crisis the weekend prior to Thanksgiving and it was the perfect respite before holiday craziness. This house is ideally situated 4 houses from Camp Watercolor and a 5 minute walk into Seaside. Each room is so well appointed and the bunk rooms each have doors making for privacy - and SLEEP - for our tired little ones. The porches were the perfect place to unwind after a day of swimming, walking and biking. And, the kitchen has everything you need to make a quick breakfast or a full dinner. With an abundance of throw blankets to cozy up with and games in the cupboard, Split Life Crisis doesn’t feel like a typical rental home, more like a good friend’s beach house they’re lending you. We will be back!

This beach house is absolute perfection! It’s beautifully decorated with so much charm and warmth — the kind of place that instantly feels like home. Even though it’s a large home that easily fit our family plus another (a total of seven kids!), it still had a wonderful coziness about it.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the pool and green space, and within walking or biking distance to the tennis and pickleball courts, as well as downtown Seaside. The beach and beach club are just a short bike ride away, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, and it was clear that care and attention went into every corner. Our families absolutely loved our stay here, and we will definitely be back. The house truly is perfection!
