First Floor: Private king guest suite with full bath.
Second Floor: Open-plan living area with fully stocked KitchenAid kitchen, wine cooler, dining area, full bath, and three enclosed porches for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Third Floor: Spacious king master suite with two private balconies overlooking the Gulf and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Queen guest bedroom also with private bath. With 10’ ceilings and large windows, every room is bright, airy, and inviting.

  • Please note: The home is currently listed for sale, and the terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement override third-party booking platforms’ policies. Service fees from outside booking sites are non-refundable.

We spent one week at After Dune Delight and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully appointed and the location could not be better! Being between Rosemary and Alys, it was a short walk either way. 30a Cottages was great to work with, providing all information in a clear and concise manner. They were quick to respond to questions and very nice to work with. I will definitely book through them again!

This was our third time renting After Dune Delight. It's a 3BR/4Bath condo that is in the perfect location. We love being able to walk right down to the beach and to the shops/restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The house is nicely equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and the balconies (there are many) are lovely. Very relaxing place to stay.

I did not realize this was a small company but I sure could feel it! They stayed in touch for a long time leading up to arrival and during our stay. A hurricane was coming and they personally called us to discuss this matter. The whole process was very easy from booking the property and checking in to checking out! Will definitely use them again!!
