If you wish to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the community, you have a private pool with lounge area, covered grill area, and wood-burning fireplace. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The open floor plan on the first floor allows you to enjoy the living area with multiple sitting areas and gas fireplace, while utilizing the expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops to cook family dinners. The second floor offers a king master suite and two queen guest suites, all with their own private bathrooms. The second floor landing leads to a balcony with sitting area for lounging with a view of the pool and leads over to the carriage house, that has its own stairway to the pool area. The carriage house offers its own living area, kitchenette, and king master bedroom with full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The third floor is a child’s paradise with two bunks rooms and a second living area, as well as a media room for family movie nights!. Ain’t Misbehavin offers a little slice of paradise away from home for everyone to enjoy!

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests ages 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 14 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 14 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.

Car rental: Homeowners own a Cadillac Escalade ESV 2021 which is available for rental on the Turo app if a car rental is needed. 30A Cottages does not provide this service to guests, all information about the rental will be provided on the Turo app. https://turo.com/us/en/suv-rental/united-states/destin-fl/cadillac/escalade-esv/2369805

Parking
Ain’t Mistbehavin has designated parking for 2 -3 vehicles in the driveway and room for 1 additional vehicle in the garage (golf cart also parked in the garage). There are additional on-street parking spaces in front of the home that are on a first come first serve basis.

WaterColor will only issue two parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

We loved staying at ‘ain’t misbehaving. We have 11 family members ages 5-78. It’s was roomy and a perfect layout, with four kids loving the top floor. Easy foot access to downtown over bridge. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

Ain’t Misbehavin was above and beyond our expectations for our multi-family trip! The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms too numerous to even use them all. The movie theater room was so fun for the kids and watching football on Sunday. My only suggestion would be to include cable on bedroom TVs and provide a channel guide. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies as well. 30a Cottages answered any and all questions so quickly too. We would definitely recommend both our particular rental home as well as 30a Cottages and a company to rent through. Thank you!

This was our first time back to Watercolor in 10 years and this house was the perfect getaway for our family. 30A Cottages was wonderful to work with and responsive to our questions. The house was bright and cheerful. Our group especially loved the nightly chess games on the large set! We enjoyed the little pool to cool off after being outdoors in the heat and humidity. Having bikes and a golf cart already waiting for us was a major plus. Location was close to everything. We did think the furniture/rugs were a bit "worn" and needed a good cleaning. We also are big cooks and maybe upgrading some of the cookware would be great. Overall, we were pleased with the home and the memories made there. Already looking forward to our next visit!!

Every aspect of our vacation rental was perfect. 30A Cottages staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Text messaging was a very convenient way to communicate. The home is very well appointed. There was nothing we felt like we were missing. With the supplied golf cart and bikes is was so easy for everyone to move around. Seaside, the Watercolor Beach Club and all the other Watercolor amenities are so close! Absolutely loved the home and hope to be back next summer.

House kitchen was well equipped. We loved the convenience to the beach club and short walk to wine bar. Internet connected was fast. In the neighborhood while riding around on bike, signal was very bad, but connection at home was excellent, so map your ride before leaving the house. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again. Great home!

Fantastic house and location

We traveled with three families and kids of all ages. The house was perfect for us. The third floor bunk rooms with movie room were a highlight for the kids. The pool was small but perfect for a late afternoon plunge. The location was a short walk to all three pools and having bikes and golf cart made everything so easy to get to. The management team was great to work with. Whenever we had a question or issue they were very prompt in replying and addressing the issue. Overall it was a great experience!!

This was a great house for a fun girls' weekend. The house is very spacious with a nice big kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are all big and have very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

This house was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room for all. The kids loved the pool after riding bikes. Kitchen was great to cook in for our large group. Only recommendation is to have a big coffee maker. They had a Keurig but our group are big coffee drinkers. Wonderful time! Would rent again.

Just finished a great stay at the Ain't Mistbehavin property. The home is beautiful and very well equipped. Its open floor plan allowed our large party to enjoy time together, while the nice sized rooms and individual bathrooms provided personal space. The property is a short golf cart ride/bike ride/ or walk to the beach. We enjoyed access to the community pools as well as the tennis and pickle ball courts. We had a small issue with our coffee maker which 30A promptly replaced. Communication with 30A was very good. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience.

This property was the perfect location for our group of 6 families and 5 kids under 3. The short bike ride (5 min) with the included bikes to the beach and 7 min bike ride to Camp Watercolor gave families options as well as the pool at the house. The golf cart was great for all of the beach stuff that comes with young families. 30A Concierge was very responsive with any questions or needs that we had. There were a few big closets that fit pack and plays and the media room and bunk rooms made great places for kids as well. We would stay here in a heart beat when we return!

Ain't Misbehavin was the PERFECT location and home for our group of 6 families with 5 kids under 3! The house was a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, easy walk and golf cart ride and 8 minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor which gave everyone in our group the flexibility to do what worked best for them. The house had everything we needed and was clean. There were quite a few closets and extra spaces to put pack and plays for sleeping babies which was great. The pool at the house was also perfect. We loved our stay and will be back! Definitely felt spoiled by this perfect watercolor location.

We loved our stay at Ain’t Mistbehavin! It was above our expectations in every way. It was a beautiful and comfortable home for our group of 13, 4yrs-60 yrs. The bicycles and golf cart were a great addition. The family area downstairs was very accommodating for our group as we cooked, played chess, watched tv, and hung out by the pool outside. It was a great location. It was just a short bike ride across the bridge straight down to the beach or Watercolor Inn. We were even closer to the Frog Pool! Loved our vacation, loved this home! Our grandkids said they wished they could live there! I said, “me too!”

Fantastic property in the lake district! The house was very comfortable and the movie room great on rainy days. Having the bikes waiting on us upon arrival was a treat and the golf cart an added surprise.
