Property Description
Welcome to Beach Bliss, a chic beach retreat where contemporary design meets Southern charm. The home features a classic wood and tin-roofed exterior, with sleek interiors showcasing lacquered white furniture, modern art, and stainless steel and glass accents.

Comfortably sleeping 8 adults and 4 children, the home includes four bedrooms plus a bunk room, all with private baths. Second-floor bedrooms open to balconies, and the master suite offers a private covered porch overlooking the Western Lake Nature Preserve and the private saltwater pool.

The main living area is perfect for gathering. Accordion-style glass doors seamlessly connect the kitchen to the screened-in porch, complete with a fireplace, sectional sofa, and dining area. Step outside to enjoy the pool and grilling area for ultimate relaxation and entertainment.

Important Notes:

Max occupancy: 8 adults and 4 children. No weddings or parties.
WaterColor requires wristbands for guests 5+ years old; max 12 bands per home. Please provide accurate guest counts at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Golf cart rentals are limited and must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. One per home, first-come, first-served.

Beach Bliss is a wonderful home. It worked perfectly for our two families with kids. Beach Bliss is on a quiet, convenient street near the bike paths. It was a short bike ride from everything! The Watercolor community access offered so many fun activities. The house pool is a great size, and if you want more swim space, you're two blocks from the Frog pool. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay - and can't wait to come back!

Great House in WaterColor

This house is on a quiet street in one of the newer sections of Watercolor. It’s just a couple of blocks from the Frog Pool and only a 5 minute bike ride to to the beach. The house was clean and most everything was in good working order. The only bad this was the beds are super soft, but that is just a personal preference thing.

Beach Bliss is a wonderful home. The house backs to the trees and the bike paths. It is a straight shot to Seaside's square and an easy bike ride to the Watercolor Inn and beach access. The pool is a great size, we could have adults and kids in it without too much splashing issues! You are two blocks from the Frog pool. The back porch is wonderful. The bedrooms are all super private and spacious. Two washer dryers are great. We rented a golf cart and with the 6 bikes provided never needed our cars. Our three families had a fantastic time and would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house is beautiful. Seriously, gorgeous. So spacious, beds and rooms are comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, kitchen is perfect for cooking while chatting and enjoying drinks with friends or family. Pool is small, but did not bother us. Neighborhood is beautiful and house has 6 bikes- the beach is about 8 minutes away (in bike). We had access to the pool club, but we decided to stay at the beach. Hannah was super helpful and called a few times prior to check in with us. There is a high fee for early check in, that was true only inconvenience. Overall amazing!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beach Bliss! From the moment we walked in until we said our sad goodbyes, Beach Bliss elevated our week at the beach. When the Gulf waters were too rough and the WaterColor pool was too crowded, the pool welcomed us with cool waters and peaceful solitude. This was our second time to rent the beautiful Beach Bliss home. The home is comfortable, large, clean, beautifully furnished and contains everything a group would need for comfort. The kitchen has high end appliances and all of the dishes, utensils, pans, etc. that one needs in order to work in the lovely kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. The home accommodates all ages from the children who love the pool to those of us who are a bit older and enjoy the comforts the home provides. The staff at 30A Cottages met every need we had and always with prompt replies to questions. We look forward to returning next year!

Loved our stay at 157 Scrub Oak Circle! The home was beautifully decorated, high quality, and in excellent condition! All bedrooms with private baths were large and extremely comfortable. The open living space including the outdoor covered patio with large eating area, and the lovely pool with outdoor table, chairs, and chaise lounges was enjoyed daily! We definitely hope to rent again in the future!

The house was beautiful and that was just the beginning! Great location, fully stocked and a perfect rental for our big family! The extra touches by 30a cottages made this rental one of our best yet!
