Beach Therapy may be the only therapy you’ll need this year. The only thing separating you from the beach is the pool, and you can enjoy gorgeous views of both from every level of this professionally decorated home. You’ll enjoy comfort and convenience the moment you arrive with a covered carport and elevator for unloading luggage. Accommodating up to 14 people, this spacious home offers 5 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Designer touches are used throughout, from Carrera marble kitchen and bathrooms to custom wallpaper and window treatments. The luxury kitchen is ready for a crowd with a large Thermador refrigerator, double ovens and a six-burner stove with griddle should the morning call for pancakes. After a long beach day, you can still enjoy the sound of waves crashing by lounging on one of the three large balconies. The fourth-floor bunk room also offers the perfect place to unwind with a spacious seating area and large TV, game table, wine fridge, and bar sink. When it’s time to sleep, enjoy blackout drapes in every room and “Euro plush” mattresses with custom duvets and pillows. Camera surveillance devices are located outside the parking area. These are the only cameras on the property and are used for security purposes.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it’s easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

Parking
There are only 3 designated parking spaces available with this home. The HOA is very strict about the parking policy and vehicles in violation are subject to be towed at the owner's expense. Overflow parking for more than 3 vehicles is not available anywhere near the home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Beach therapy views were spectacular … the beds were so comfortable and had room for everyone to have their own space……. Loved that everyone could do what the wanted its all close to the house…..quiet neighbors and a private beach !!! Rode bikes to rosemary beach daily…..managers always replied ….. loved this house we will be back ! Great location close to beach and pool….. Kids loved the ping pong table…. Elevator was helpful for older adults. Very relaxing getaway!

Our stay at Beach therapy was amazing!! Short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. LOVED having our own private beach. Wasn’t crowded at all. Jake’s beach service was the bomb for chair and umbrella setup. Just text the morning of, and set up was there! Beach therapy has everything you needed to cook and live a week away from home. I would highly recommend!

Wow! One of the most well-appointed homes we have ever stayed in. Very clean! Comfortable beds and bedding! Decor is a "10". We go to this area about 4 tines a year and always stay in Rosemary Beach. This was our 1st time at Inlet beach. We chose this because of the proximity to the beach and the view of the ocean. It was sooo easy to just go down to the beach or go back and forth for a snack or bathroom trips, unlike Rosemary Beach. Yes, Rosemary Beach has a more quaint village appeal, but if you want the uncrowded beached, and more house for your dollar, try Inlet! Go buy $20 beach chairs at Winn Dixie and use them all week, then leave them for the next guest. We had 6 teenagers and they loved the ping pong table and the 6 bikes that came with the house! Easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys. The management team was great! We will stay here again!

Wonderful Home at Inlet Beach

This wonderful home has it all. An expansive well stocked kitchen with 2 sinks , a large refrigerator ,2 double drawer refrigerators and a wine cooler! 3 stories allowed our family to all be together and still have room to spread out. The beautiful uncrowded beach is very easily accessed and the heated pool was a bonus that our toddlers enjoyed. The home comes with 6 bikes that came in handy to cruise the area. Rosemary is next to Inlet Beach making it easy to walk to shop and eat. We look forward to returning!

Outstanding location, privacy of beach exceptional compared to nearby mobs, pool was refreshing and clean. Upgrades to kitchen and all the many cold storage drawers were so nice! We absolutely loved our family trip from Texas to this amazing property.

Our 4 families loved our Inlet Beach experience. Our first time on Inlet Beach was excellent due to the primo location/high end finishes of the house and the privacy of the beach. While the house is a second row home, it really felt as though we were first row as our view of the pool and ocean was first rate. The owners/neighbors were very friendly as well. We hope to come back very soon!

Our family and friends really enjoyed this luxurious stellar beach house! Loved swimming in the heated pool! And was so nice to have bicycles there for us to ride ! And the beach was private with minimal people on it ! We would definitely rent this property again!

I would highly recommend 30ACottages and specifically Beach Therapy. The house is everything you would expect in a luxury homes. Beautifully appointed! The beach is 30 ft away! The bikes were in great shape and free to use. We will stay there again and look forward to working with 30ACottages.

This was our second year to stay at Beach Therapy. It is an amazing house and we love staying here. Inlet Beach has become our favorite area and Beach Therapy is the perfect house for our annual trip there. Any problems that arose and there were only a few minor issues and most of those were from the renters before us, were handled quickly and completely! We love working with all the people at 30A Cottages and Concierge. Jacklyn is a joy to work with and has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful stay and we look forward to many more years here!

This is the second year we have stayed at Beach Therapy. It is a fabulous house in the best location. Very close to Rosemary but beach is uncrowded. This home is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space for a big group. Kitchen is well equipped. We'll see you again next year!!!!

Rented Beach Therapy for a guys golfing and wine event (2017 SoWal Wine Fest). Wonderful new home in immaculate condition with top notch features and appliances -- we cooked in and everything we needed was available. Cable TV in every room, expansive fast wifi, grill downstairs. Great neighborhood for a bike ride, Rosemary just 100 yards away. Beach right in front of heated pool only a few paces from residence. All the beds and linens top notch and very comfy, lots of towels, huge washer dryer if needed. Overall exceptional experience.

This was my second stay at Beach Therapy. What a perfect name! Walk to the beach, dip your toes in the sand and let the water splash up your legs -- ahh, exhale!!! I've read the other reviews and think they are all spot on. The rooms. Kitchen. TV's. A terrific pool 20 feet from our door -- and always the sound and view of the Gulf just outside. One night our crew of 8 all had dinner at a table out on the balcony with a wonderful breeze, peeling fresh-boiled shrimp bought just down the road. You want for nothing here! Plus within walking or biking distance shopping, dining. Even found a UPS store to rent computers, scanners & print when my laptop was not enough. (Yes, I know. I wasn't supposed to work, but it happens!) Just a great weekend getaway. Close enough to N'awlins but far enough away to be totally different. And perfectly relaxing!!!

Beach Therapy is a beautiful, comfortable well located house on the beach. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking and baking with a magnificent stove. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated each with its own bathroom, the two master bedrooms are luxurious. The living and dining rooms are roomy and well stocked with plenty of fun boardgames. Gulf views from the large, furnished balconies are splendid and the beach is beautiful. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach and bicycling distance to Alys Beach a plus.

We had the chance to stay at Beach Therapy early in August and were completely blown away with the accommodations. The home was immaculately kept, furnishing were beautiful & comfortable, location to the pool and beach could not be beat, view from any of the decks was amazing, and the top level entertainment and bunk rooms provided hours of entertainment for our children. From the kitchen/cooking supplies to the bikes that we rode to Rosemary and up 30A, everything was thought of when this home was built and stocked. We have stayed a several beach homes over the last few years, but this one by far was the best. I would live here if I could! I also want to mention that the property management company, 30A cottages, was a joy to work with. They provided valuable information on a timely basis prior to our arrival and were extremely responsive to any of our needs while we were there. I would rent from then again anytime.

We spent a week at this beautifully appointed home. We could not want for anything! Fully equipped kitchen! We cooked every day. We will definitely be making another trip back for another wonderful week in paradise!

Everyone loved the house from day one! My grandchildren said thank you, thank you ,thank you for renting this house. "can we come here next year." Wish I could afford to buy the house. This is our 9th year in this area. All previous have been in Rosemary but this one was the best. Enjoyed the small crowd, closeness to the beach. View was unimpeded, Only change I would make would be three queen beds instead of two so we wouldn't have an argument. That would be an easy fix. Had a wedding at the beach. Beautiful. Maybe a discount for next year. (HINT)

Fantastic Rental!

The location was perfect, the house was stunning, clean, and very comfortable. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The kitchen was equipped better than any rental we've ever had, as well as the starter supplies. We had to contact 30A Rentals a couple of times for small things upon our arrival that were resolved very quickly! The staff was very helpful.We can't wait to come back again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We wished that we could buy this home-it's in the best location and the owners decorated it beautifully. We are hoping to rent it again next summer. We owned a home in Rosemary Beach for 10 years but were disappointed on how crowded the beach had become. Inlet Beach is a hidden gem. Probably not for long as we saw that they are building a resort type complex at the corner of 30A and 98 and those renters will probably use the Winston Lane beach access. Thank you all for making the rental process so easy!
