Overview:
Escape to The Black Lotus, a refined waterfront retreat designed by a professional interior designer. Filled with striking art, curated antiques, and upscale finishes, this home blends artistic charm with the natural beauty of coastal Florida.

Relax on the screened-in porch, gather around the firepit under the stars, and enjoy breathtaking marsh and bay views. The fully private downstairs level offers three elegant bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with complete separation from the upstairs (homeowner may occasionally be in residence).

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby boat launch and access to Pt Washington State Forest trails for hiking and biking. Iconic Grayton Beach is just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute e-bike ride away, with public parking and a free shuttle to downtown Grayton’s shops, galleries, and renowned dining, including the famous Red Bar.

Beach Access:

  • Grayton Beach is approximately 4 miles away (8–10 minute drive). Public parking and free shuttle service are available. Beach vendors offer professional chair setups, or guests may bring their own gear.

Golf Carts & E-Bikes:

  • Golf carts are not permitted due to local laws. Electric bikes are a great alternative and can be delivered directly to the home or rented nearby in Grayton Beach.

Parking:

  • On-street public parking accommodates two cars or one car + boat trailer.

Events:

  • Available for select events with prior homeowner approval. All event coordination is handled exclusively through CC Boone Styled. Event-related costs are additional and not included in the standard rental rate.

Policies:

  • No smoking
  • Pets not allowed (service animals only; documentation required)
  • Rates exclude taxes and fees
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival
  • 5% cancellation fee applies; full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days prior
  • Optional travel insurance available
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Guests must be at least 25 years old

Staying at this home feels like stepping into another world one where nature, design, and pure magic meet in perfect harmony. Tucked away in the serene woods of Point Washington near Santa Rosa Beach, this isn’t just a house it’s an experience. The architecture and interior design are truly world class. Every corner, every texture, every detail feels intentional and deeply beautiful like the home was designed by someone who understands not just aesthetics, but feeling. It’s the kind of place where “cozy meets sexy meets comfort.” And that’s no small feat. Most high end homes feel sterile, this one feels alive. Also living at the beach I’m so sick of white homes and this just takes it to the next level not only is it painted a beautiful caviar color on the outside. There’s a lot of color on the inside which when you are familiar with Beach town Homes lack. This home wraps around you like a warm, stylish hug. Somehow, it manages to be elegant and luxurious without ever losing its soul. Each time I stay here, I find myself more creative, more peaceful, and more in tune with myself. Whether it’s a romantic getaway or a personal reset, this house holds space for it all. It’s rare to find a home that gives you this much energy, peace, inspiration but this one does, every single time. It’s truly an honor to even know this place exists, let alone get to stay here. If you have the chance to experience it, do not hesitate. This home is a gift!
