Welcome to Casa Al Fin, meaning ‘Home At Last’. It’s difficult to choose which design element of this home is most spectacular: the all-white stone patio with architectural stucco fireplace, the second-level gazebo surrounded with privacy shutters, or the towering Tuscan-style ceilings in the great room. Either way, you’re sure to fall in love with this masterfully crafted home. The location also can’t be beat – the Barbados community pool is across the street and the beach is less than a minute walk away. When it’s time to retreat from the Florida sun you have plenty of options. The open, airy living area on the second floor offers a gourmet kitchen with bench seating area and large kitchen island for gathering with family and friends. Six sets of French doors lead to multiple balconies that wrap around the house, the largest one leading to the private gazebo over the two-car garage. Everyone will appreciate private baths in each bedroom with custom mosaic tile-work. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family’s long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
Casa Al Fin has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. Only 1 parking pass for community parking is allowed for this home per HOA.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Casa al Fin is a beautiful home! It's layout if great - bedrooms, all with full bathroom, are below and above main living area, so plenty of privacy and spaciousness. We spend most of our time at the beach and around town, so the location can't be beat!!! It's steps from both. And across the street from pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans which made cooking easy when we wanted to. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax in main living area, with comfortable furniture and such. We stay in a different house every time we go to Rosemary, but may consider this one twice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ideal location (directly across from pool & a very short walk to the beach) and the house was gorgeous and much bigger than we had expected. Each bedroom has an en suite which was a bonus. Only complaint would be that the washer/dryer is very small for a group as large as ours (7 people). But no big deal. We mainly just washed beach towels anyways. The outdoor swing/fireplace was a huge bonus. Book it now - you won’t regret it!

We spent an extended weekend in Casa Al Fin in early March 2022. The space was perfect for us. Having 4 bedrooms with private baths and loads of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in made the house very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the stove was so awesome it seemed almost commercial.

Casa al Fin was absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful home with amazing decor! The outside courtyard and area over the garage was so unique and beautiful! And the location could not be beat! Literally a 3 minute beautiful walk to the ocean within walking distance of shopping restaurants and it was beyond convenient! Cannot wait to come back to Rosemary Beach! Such a glorious stay! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We came here on a couples trip. The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and very open and spacious. The outdoor covered patio and the fire pit were perfect for morning and evenings relaxing time. Just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of Rosemary Beach. The location was key for shopping and dining. The staff answered any questions we had promptly. I would most definitely come back to this exact house.

Amazing Family Retreat

We rented Casa al Fin for two weeks in the winter and it was unbelievable. The house was exactly what our family needed. Directly across from one of the wondering Rosemary Beach pools, and a minute or two walk to the beach, we could not have asked for a better location. As for the house itself, it was nothing short of awesome. The beds were comfy, the layout wonderful, the kitchen well-appointed, and the covered porch above the garage is heaven for a little afternoon nap, an escape to read a good book, or a place to share a cheese plate and a glass of wine. We also loved the fireplace in the courtyard and the bikes that came with the rental. We cannot wait to come back again next year!

To begin with the staff at 30A Cottages & Concierge was a pleasure to work with especially considering we had to postpone our vacation due to COVID closings. Any minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Casa al Fin was perfect for our family especially all bedrooms having private bathrooms. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and the inside and outside living areas easily accommodated our family of 8. We especially enjoyed the outside fireplace and screen porch. We would definitely rent again.

This place was amazing! We were here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect, there was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the big kitchen and living room. This was important for us because the weather wasn't all that great but the home was so well stocked that it was easy to keep busy. The kitchen has everything you need equipment-wise (although I would recommend buying the edible basics - cooking oil, coffee, etc.). There were also plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. There weren't any beach towels but there were plenty of large bath towels that we used. The location of the home was absolutely perfect, we only had to walk a few minutes to the beach and restaurants and the community pool is right across the street. We used the bikes every day. The hosts were so responsive, they were easy to get a hold of via text when we were at the home and were in touch several times before the trip. They also accommodated our late check out request, which was so nice because some of us had late flights. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation at Casa al Fin with 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) at the end of summer. The location of the house was spectacular and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. If you are looking for a clean and updated house with nice amenities and a great concierge service, look no further than Casa al Fin.

Casa Al Fin was a fabulous house. The location was within a bike ride to the pools, beaches and restaurants. It was an incredible house, we would rent it again. Highly recommend it to families, we had 3 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of room.

We had a great time during our NYE stay. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, living space on the 2nd, and a fourth bedroom on the third floor. Worked perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs that may not be friendly for elderly or little ones. But otherwise a great house! Loved the openness of the main living space. The kitchen had all we needed to stay in when it was too cold to go out. Kitchen appliances were very nice. The ice machine was an added bonus.

The experience with 30A cottages and their concierge approach was best of any of the trips we have taken to Rosemary Beach. It only took one day before we were thinking about retiring to RB. The phone calls and emails by 30A Cottages to ensure we were taken care of was awesome. The only thing in Casa Al Fin I would do is to make the patio area above garage better with a TV.
