About the Home
Casa Al Fin, meaning “Home At Last,” is a masterfully crafted retreat combining luxurious design with a prime Rosemary Beach location. Enjoy the all-white stone patio with an architectural stucco fireplace, a second-level gazebo with privacy shutters, or the towering Tuscan-style ceilings in the great room.
The open, airy second-floor living area features a gourmet kitchen with a large island and bench seating for family gatherings. Six sets of French doors open to wraparound balconies, including a private gazebo above the two-car garage. Each bedroom has a private bath with custom mosaic tilework. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, while the king guest master on the third floor boasts a private balcony with partial Gulf views.

Parking
Casa Al Fin provides 2 designated garage spaces. Only 1 community parking pass is issued per HOA rules. On-street parking is first-come, first-served, and must be in lined spaces with a valid permit. The HOA strictly enforces all parking regulations.

Casa al Fin is a beautiful home! It's layout if great - bedrooms, all with full bathroom, are below and above main living area, so plenty of privacy and spaciousness. We spend most of our time at the beach and around town, so the location can't be beat!!! It's steps from both. And across the street from pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans which made cooking easy when we wanted to. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax in main living area, with comfortable furniture and such. We stay in a different house every time we go to Rosemary, but may consider this one twice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ideal location (directly across from pool & a very short walk to the beach) and the house was gorgeous and much bigger than we had expected. Each bedroom has an en suite which was a bonus. Only complaint would be that the washer/dryer is very small for a group as large as ours (7 people). But no big deal. We mainly just washed beach towels anyways. The outdoor swing/fireplace was a huge bonus. Book it now - you won’t regret it!

A perfect space for us

We spent an extended weekend in Casa Al Fin in early March 2022. The space was perfect for us. Having 4 bedrooms with private baths and loads of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in made the house very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the stove was so awesome it seemed almost commercial.

Casa al Fin was absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful home with amazing decor! The outside courtyard and area over the garage was so unique and beautiful! And the location could not be beat! Literally a 3 minute beautiful walk to the ocean within walking distance of shopping restaurants and it was beyond convenient! Cannot wait to come back to Rosemary Beach! Such a glorious stay! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We came here on a couples trip. The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and very open and spacious. The outdoor covered patio and the fire pit were perfect for morning and evenings relaxing time. Just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of Rosemary Beach. The location was key for shopping and dining. The staff answered any questions we had promptly. I would most definitely come back to this exact house.

Amazing Family Retreat

We rented Casa al Fin for two weeks in the winter and it was unbelievable. The house was exactly what our family needed. Directly across from one of the wondering Rosemary Beach pools, and a minute or two walk to the beach, we could not have asked for a better location. As for the house itself, it was nothing short of awesome. The beds were comfy, the layout wonderful, the kitchen well-appointed, and the covered porch above the garage is heaven for a little afternoon nap, an escape to read a good book, or a place to share a cheese plate and a glass of wine. We also loved the fireplace in the courtyard and the bikes that came with the rental. We cannot wait to come back again next year!

To begin with the staff at 30A Cottages & Concierge was a pleasure to work with especially considering we had to postpone our vacation due to COVID closings. Any minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Casa al Fin was perfect for our family especially all bedrooms having private bathrooms. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and the inside and outside living areas easily accommodated our family of 8. We especially enjoyed the outside fireplace and screen porch. We would definitely rent again.

AMAZING!!

This place was amazing! We were here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect, there was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the big kitchen and living room. This was important for us because the weather wasn't all that great but the home was so well stocked that it was easy to keep busy. The kitchen has everything you need equipment-wise (although I would recommend buying the edible basics - cooking oil, coffee, etc.). There were also plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. There weren't any beach towels but there were plenty of large bath towels that we used. The location of the home was absolutely perfect, we only had to walk a few minutes to the beach and restaurants and the community pool is right across the street. We used the bikes every day. The hosts were so responsive, they were easy to get a hold of via text when we were at the home and were in touch several times before the trip. They also accommodated our late check out request, which was so nice because some of us had late flights. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation at Casa al Fin with 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) at the end of summer. The location of the house was spectacular and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. If you are looking for a clean and updated house with nice amenities and a great concierge service, look no further than Casa al Fin.

Casa Al Fin was a fabulous house. The location was within a bike ride to the pools, beaches and restaurants. It was an incredible house, we would rent it again. Highly recommend it to families, we had 3 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of room.

We had a great time during our NYE stay. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, living space on the 2nd, and a fourth bedroom on the third floor. Worked perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs that may not be friendly for elderly or little ones. But otherwise a great house! Loved the openness of the main living space. The kitchen had all we needed to stay in when it was too cold to go out. Kitchen appliances were very nice. The ice machine was an added bonus.

The experience with 30A cottages and their concierge approach was best of any of the trips we have taken to Rosemary Beach. It only took one day before we were thinking about retiring to RB. The phone calls and emails by 30A Cottages to ensure we were taken care of was awesome. The only thing in Casa Al Fin I would do is to make the patio area above garage better with a TV.
