Step into a bright, open-concept layout where the chef’s kitchen—with a large island and premium appliances—overlooks the cozy living room. Whether you're prepping meals, chatting over cocktails, or planning the next beach day, the open design keeps everyone connected.

The dining area comfortably seats eight, perfect for family meals or evening board games. A convenient half bath and full laundry room complete the first floor.

Two primary suites—one on each level—provide privacy and relaxation, while additional bedrooms and a bonus upstairs living space offer flexible accommodations for adults and children alike.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE + NATUREWALK AMENITIES
As a guest of NatureWalk, you’ll enjoy access to an impressive array of community amenities, including:

  • Resort-style pools + hot tub (Lap Pool heated seasonally per community schedule)
  • Pickleball and basketball courts
  • Fire pits, grilling areas, and The Gathering Place clubhouse
  • Miles of scenic biking and hiking trails through Point Washington State Forest

EASY BEACH ACCESS
Choose your ideal path to the sand:

  • Lilly Lane Beach Trail – A peaceful boardwalk-style path through the forest leading to San Juan Avenue beach access (approx. 1 mile; features restrooms)
  • 395 to 30A – Head straight down County Road 395 to the main Seagrove public access (approx. 2.1 miles)

Just minutes from Seaside, WaterColor, and an array of boutiques, restaurants, and family attractions, C’est LaLa Vie places the best of 30A at your doorstep. Spend your days riding bikes, chasing waves, lounging by the pool, or sipping sunset cocktails on the front porch—this is where unforgettable vacation memories begin.

PARKING
Designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. (No garage access.)

RESERVATION & BOOKING POLICY

  • The cancellation policy in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement (emailed at confirmation) supersedes any third-party site policies.
  • We cannot refund service fees charged by third-party booking platforms.
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations to cover credit card and processing costs.
  • We do not offer a 100% refund at any point after booking.

Additional Policies:

  • No Smoking
  • No Pets (Certified service animals permitted with advance notice and documentation)
  • Ring doorbell camera on premises
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees
  • 50% of the total cost is due at booking
  • Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival (or paid in full if booking within 60 days)
  • Except for the 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival
  • Optional travel insurance is available; restrictions apply. Must be purchased before final payment.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the home for the entire stay
