Driveway accommodates 3 vehicles. Garage is for storage only. Street parking is prohibited.

Reservation & Booking Policies:

  • The 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement overrides third-party site policies (VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.)
  • No smoking, pets not allowed (except certified service animals with prior notice)
  • Published rates exclude taxes and fees
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days prior (or in full if within 60 days of arrival)
  • 5% cancellation fee; initial 50% refundable if canceled more than 60 days prior
  • Optional travel insurance available if purchased before final payment
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Guests must be at least 25 years old
  • Home currently listed for sale
