Wake up to the sound of the surf and soak in sweeping, floor-to-ceiling Gulf views from the main living area, the gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and the spacious master bedroom. Step outside for coffee on the deck or head straight down to the sand—it’s that close. With room for everyone, the home features three king bedrooms, a cozy twin room, a fourth-floor twin nook, and a custom bunk room with queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunks—perfect for families or group getaways.

Tucked into a quiet, scenic stretch of 30A, Inlet Beach still holds onto that laid back coastal vibe, while being just minutes from the shops and restaurants of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. Whether you're watching dolphins from the living room, enjoying a sunset dinner on the deck, or falling asleep to the rhythm of the waves, Coastal Gains brings you front and center to the magic of the Gulf.

Parking
Coastal Gains has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway as the garage is for storage only.  Street parking is not allowed.  You may only have as many vehicles or golf carts as you can fit in the driveway.

Community Amenities 
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it’s easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.  

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
