You simply can’t beat the location of Costa Verde Cottage in Rosemary Beach. Not only are you a short walk to the town’s center and beach accesses, you are located right on East Long Green Park, putting you in the heart of community special events. To enter, you walk through a garden entrance, along a wooden boardwalk and into the fenced-in courtyard with private pool and outdoor dining pergola. Stepping inside, you’re greeted with a panel of Audubon-painted coastal birds in the elegant foyer, which also features a wine refrigerator and wet bar for easy access from the pool. The home’s four bedrooms are all located on the ground floor, leaving upstairs for lounging – which you’ll want to do plenty of thanks to expansive vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. French doors open to the covered balcony, which offers a birds-eye-view of events like the Rosemary Summer Concert Series or weekly farmer’s market.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home.  Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family’s long lasting beach memories.  Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square.  When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
Costa Verde Cottage has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway behind the home on Bourne Lane.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging.  Not all properties have designated parking.  Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles.  Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.  On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag.  Tags are limited to a certain number for each home.  Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways.  The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations.  30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home. 

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.

House was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. You could people watch on the 2nd floor balcony, then you have privacy in a huge back yard which is very unheard of for Rosemary Beach area. There were no carriage houses looking down in your back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home. This is our 3 time staying on 30A and this is the only house we said we’d ever rent again. Our kids are 4,8,11 and it’s perfect for them to come back in the afternoon and swim after a Long Beach day. Only change id make is if possible to add an outdoor shower to rinse ourselves off and items off before going inside. We’d rent again ASAP!!

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It was very clean and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. My only request would be a door mat just outside/inside the door. It would have been handy with the frequent, heavy rain we had during our stay.

The house was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is fantastic. It is in the perfect location and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend the Costa Verde Cottage at Rosemary Beach. The location is ideal for my family as there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We love the flipped floor plan so we can sit out on the balcony in the mornings and evening. The house is very spacious. We have rented Costa Verde many times and it has accommodated my family of four as well as two families of four. 30A Cottages and Concierge staff is always easy to work with and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond! Truest the best we have experienced in Rosemary. We will definitely be staying here again, it’s our go too! Thanks for making our vacation a great one!

This was our second time at Costa Verde and it was everything we remembered. The house was very clean upon arrival, plenty of towels and supplies for the week. We loved the location and having coffee on the balcony overlooking the green area each day. We will definitely make a return trip.

Perfect family vacation

Our family spent two weeks at Costa verde and loved every minute of it. It's in a great location off of Long green and just minutes from the beach and town. The kids loved swimming in the private heated pool and frequently wanted to leave the beach to go swim. The house is well equipped and very comfortable for a large family. The porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. 30A Cottages was attentive and made the planning process a breeze. We are ready to come back next year.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and will most certainly not be our last! This home was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We loved the location on the green where we played smash ball with the kids and purchased yummy things from the Farmers Market. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. We loved the private backyard with grill and pool which was perfect for cooling off. The beds had high quality linens and were very comfortable. I have no doubt we will return and would absolutely love to stay in this home again!
