Costa Verde is right in the heart of everything at Rosemary Beach. Steps away from shops and restaurants, tennis, community pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Our family agreed it is one of the most convenient properties we have ever rented.

The home was located centrally to everything: beach, pools, fitness center, shopping and the farmers’ market. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. 30 A cottages was very responsive to our question before and during our trip. They also provided more than what was expected: paper towels, TP and washing detergent. Something so small really stood out to us as long term rosemary goers. Will rent from them again next year.

Costa Verde is an excellent well maintained home in a perfect location in Rosemary Beach. The house is very well made and designed. The 4 bedrooms downstairs works great and the stairwell separates the master from the other bedrooms so there is excellent privacy and quiet in the master suite. There is a second suite plus 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs is elegant and comfortable. The house was perfect for hanging out inside and outside on the balcony or at the pool. The living areas and well stocked kitchen are perfect for dinner at "home" or game night in. The pool lights up with colored lights at night which makes an elegant ambiance. The Weber grill is large and awesome like Weber always is. The house is luxurious and comfortable for your stay in Rosemary. And in a great location to enjoy downtown shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. And last but certainly not least- 30A Cottages does an incredible job managing the property. From check in to check out - they managed the process as well as anyplace I have stayed around the world. They were quickly responsive to texts and phone calls. They repaired the oven door quickly even when it wasn’t urgent and communicated with me through this seamlessly. All and all - a perfect stay at Costa Verde and working with 30A Cottages.

Having stayed in Rosemary many times, this house is by far our favorite! Beautiful home, great location, large backyard space with private pool plus 4 bikes. It really has it all! The kids loved being next to the large green space in front of the home - the perfect spot for playing sports - while the adults enjoyed morning coffee and people watching from the upstairs porch. Highly recommend Costa Verde!

Having stayed many times in Rosemary, this is our favorite rental by far! The central location can’t be beat and the four kids on our trip thoroughly enjoyed having their own pool. The four bikes were a nice perk as well. The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. When a maintenance issue arose, the management team was quick to get back to me, and it was repaired within hours. We would absolutely rent Costa Verde in the future!

House was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. You could people watch on the 2nd floor balcony, then you have privacy in a huge back yard which is very unheard of for Rosemary Beach area. There were no carriage houses looking down in your back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home. This is our 3 time staying on 30A and this is the only house we said we’d ever rent again. Our kids are 4,8,11 and it’s perfect for them to come back in the afternoon and swim after a Long Beach day. Only change id make is if possible to add an outdoor shower to rinse ourselves off and items off before going inside. We’d rent again ASAP!!

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It was very clean and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. My only request would be a door mat just outside/inside the door. It would have been handy with the frequent, heavy rain we had during our stay.

The house was beautiful and fantastic! It is in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants and a less than 5 min walk to the beach! We had one issue with the internet and the managers were easy to communicate with and resolved the issue the next day. We cannot wait to book the house again! 5 stars out of 5 stars!

The house was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is fantastic. It is in the perfect location and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had one issue with the internet and the managers handled the problem and were in communication with us and resolved the issue the next day. We cannot wait to book the house again!

Great location overlooking the park. Beach got a bit to crowded, so the pool was great to have, especially with young kids. We really liked the layout with all bedrooms downstairs & common areas/kitchen upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

I would highly recommend the Costa Verde Cottage at Rosemary Beach. The location is ideal for my family as there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We love the flipped floor plan so we can sit out on the balcony in the mornings and evening. The house is very spacious. We have rented Costa Verde many times and it has accommodated my family of four as well as two families of four. 30A Cottages and Concierge staff is always easy to work with and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond! Truest the best we have experienced in Rosemary. We will definitely be staying here again, it’s our go too! Thanks for making our vacation a great one!

My family spent a week at this wonderful house on 30A. We have three young children and loved playing on the East Green, walking to the shops and restaurants (the Sugar Shak was a kid favorite!), walking to the beach, and walking to the pool. You couldn't ask for a better rental in a better location.

Our family spent two weeks at Costa verde and loved every minute of it. It's in a great location off of Long green and just minutes from the beach and town. The kids loved swimming in the private heated pool and frequently wanted to leave the beach to go swim. The house is well equipped and very comfortable for a large family. The porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. 30A Cottages was attentive and made the planning process a breeze. We are ready to come back next year.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and will most certainly not be our last! This home was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We loved the location on the green where we played smash ball with the kids and purchased yummy things from the Farmers Market. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. We loved the private backyard with grill and pool which was perfect for cooling off. The beds had high quality linens and were very comfortable. I have no doubt we will return and would absolutely love to stay in this home again!
