Welcome to the Carriage House at Courtney Cottage, a charming one-bedroom retreat on West Water Street, located directly across from Rosemary Beach's Cabana Pool. With the beach, Town Center, restaurants, and shops all just a short stroll or bike ride away, this is an ideal spot for a relaxing 30A getaway.

The Carriage House features a comfortable king bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room, making it a great choice for a couple or a small family. The inviting living space provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, while the separate bedroom offers a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. One of the best things about staying here is the location. You're directly across from the Cabana Pool and within easy walking distance of Rosemary Beach's beautiful beach accesses, Town Center, restaurants, shops, and scenic walking and bike paths.

The Carriage House also includes two complimentary bicycles, making it easy to explore Rosemary Beach and cruise along 30A without ever needing to get in the car.
