The open-concept great room features a spacious kitchen with oversized island, large dining area, and cozy living space—perfect for gathering with family and friends. French doors lead to airy balconies on the second and third floors. The home offers two large main suites, a bunkroom, and two additional guest rooms for ultimate comfort.

Seacrest Beach community amenities include:

  • 12,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool with multiple levels, waterfalls, fountains, and bath houses
  • Food provisions at the pool
  • Private beach access
  • Community shuttle

  • Two-vehicle driveway at Driftwood Dunes
  • Off-street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis; must be in designated lined spaces with valid parking permit
  • No trailers allowed
  • Violations enforced by Seacrest Property Owners Association; 30A Cottages not responsible for fines or towing
Booking & Policies
  • No smoking
  • Published rates do not include tax and fees
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival (or in full if booking within 30 days)
  • Optional travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • Check-in: 6:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (CST) (Starting Jan 1, 2026: Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 10:00 AM)
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years
  • Cancellations: Initial 50% fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days before arrival, minus 5% processing fee

This is our second time staying at Driftwood Dunes and we plan to be back again! It has everything we need along with it being right on the tram stop so that’s a huge plus especially when you have little ones. It’s dog friendly so our pup can always travel with us! Great little spot!

Spring Break Bliss in Seacrest Beach, FL

Our recent spring break getaway to Seacrest Beach was one of the best beach vacations we've ever had! It was myself, my husband, three teenage girls, and our dog—and we all absolutely loved it. We typically stay in hotels, but this time we decided to rent a house, and it was a game-changer. The home was spacious, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. The girls loved having their own space to hang out and relax, which made the whole trip feel more enjoyable for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and cute little shops. One of our favorite things to do was ride bikes around the area—it felt incredibly safe and family-friendly, and the bike paths made it so easy to explore. Having our dog with us made it even more special. So many places were pet-friendly, and it was great to be able to include her in our adventures. We made amazing memories, and we're already talking about making this our new spring break tradition. Highly recommend this area and this type of stay if you're looking for a relaxed, family-friendly vacation spot with all the comforts of home!

We've stayed in many homes in Seacrest Beach neighborhood over the years. This home met all of our needs for this trip. Great location, a convenient layout, and very clean. The rental bikes that came with the house is a nice amenity. It was a pleasure working with 30A Cottages.

We had a wonderful stay at Driftwood Dunes. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this home. It was in a super cute neighborhood.

The house is great with plenty of room for a large family. The neighborhood provides a safe, quiet place to spend time outside. We had our wedding on Inlet Beach and was able to host a small gathering afterwards at the house. The house was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff and owners were easy to reach and provided quick responses. We can’t wait to spend our first anniversary at Driftwood next July!!!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was amazing, it had everything we needed and was so beautiful. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The communication was great, we received texts to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back for another visit!

We have rented this home several times and it’s been perfect. It’s a great location and offers many perks (bikes, walking distance to Rosemary and Alys Beach, pick up for beach just outside the door). The management company is very helpful. Definitely a thumbs up!

WOW! This house, this beach, this area, and everything in between! This house is so cute and is in such a convenient spot. A short walk to local bars, restaurants and shops - AND an even shorter walk to the beach (or tram ride if you prefer)! Driftwood Dunes is a great spot that I highly recommend to anyone coming to 30A!!

The team was promt and extremely helpful at every turn! Community amenities were amazing. 30a is a 1 line road and very busy. Must like slow living and bike riding as this is a busy out door area. Neighborhood was friendly and extremely well kept. Get your spot on the private beach early or just rent the chairs and umbrella to really enjoy the beach!
