Please note: The cancellation policy and terms in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement, emailed at booking confirmation, override any policies shown on third-party booking sites. Third-party service fees cannot be reimbursed.

We do not offer a 100% refund for cancellations after booking is processed
A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs

This was a wonderful condo. It had plenty of space with updated finishes and decor. We had two small children with us and the little grass area off the patio was great for them to burn off energy. I do think the description should be updated on the coffee situation, there is a coffee pot and a kureg that we didn’t know about so we almost bought one just in case. All in all, great location, not crowded beach, beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful experience our week at Dune Thyme. The condo was extremely clean and exactly what we envisioned when booking. The walk to the beach and pool was very easy. I would highly recommend staying at Dune Thyme.

Dune Thyme is a perfect location. Steps from the beach and pool. Less crowed part of 30A. The condo has a great layout with a lot of personal touches. Loved seeing pictures of the condo owner family. Made it feel like a home versus a rental. Back door/dining area has plenty of racks and shelves for storage. Fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back.

this makes 28 years of 30A vacationing. I have this one at the top of the list. I would choose this venue over the watercolor and seaside places because the beach is much much less crowded. Accommodations were excellent and very clean, the 10 steps to the beach boardwalk was fabulous. Check in was super easy.

Last Minute Getaway…. Perfect Place on the Beach

We really loved Dune Thyme. The photos and description were exactly as noted. Prettier in person. It was clean and fully equipped for anything we needed. Until 103 is on the bottom floor and normally we are concerned about noise, but pleasantly surprised no noise from renters above us and no noise from other neighbors. The king bed in the master was just yummy. We slept so well. We didn’t have a view of the gulf due to the foliage/berm, but we knew that going in. But we could hear the ocean. Very relaxing. We were only steps from the stairs to the beach. SO convenient! Literally less than 1 min walk from our chairs to the unit. The unit is in the heart of Santa Rosa… 1/2 mile from Stinkey’s and 1/4 mile from Shunk Gulley and great shopping. We didn’t use the bikes provided, but they are included. We also LOVED the security of the Palms on Dune Allen. We had security codes for everything. Most of all, we felt at home and we will be back to this unit again. Hopefully sooner than later! Thanks for helping us relax and make great memories.

This condo is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy 30A. Very comfortable and clean. Beach and pool access is so easy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We will be staying here again when we come back to the beach.

The place was amazing and loved that it was literally steps from the beach! Also loved that it was a smaller place and not as many people so you have more space on the beach and less noise! We had a terrible experience with the place we originally rented, and they let us make a day of reservation and saved our vacation!

This unit was updated, well stocked, clean, spacious, beautiful porch, quiet, easy steps to beach, not crowded, nice pool, easy parking, easy check in. It was easy to tell this condo was in excellent shape. Each bedroom was lovely, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was ready for any type of cooking. We did not need any assistance from the management company but they checked in via text twice. Very professional. Looking forward to renting this unit or another unit from them in the future.

We really enjoyed this unit for all of its good furniture, nice beds, cleanliness, and well-stocked kitchen. It was 5 star on that front. The rental company was very responsive but could not help us with any of our issues - the thermostat was locked and the TV did not work. We remedied both with our own resources but that was slightly frustrating. I would definitely rent again from this company and this particular unit.

This beautiful condo fit seven adults and three children very comfortably! It’s steps away from the beach. The newly renovated home is stunning, owners did great. The only problem we had was some days we weren’t able to park in the parking because other tenants used more than two parking spaces. Other than that, it was great! Bikes were a bonus as well.
