Golf Cart Policy
Golf carts are allowed in the community and must be street-legal with a valid tag/license plate. Carts must fit in the home’s designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on streets or lawns.

Reservation & Booking Policy

  • The cancellation policy and terms in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement override any third-party booking site policies (VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Service fees from third-party bookings are non-refundable.
  • No 100% refunds after booking; a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card and document processing.
  • Optional travel insurance is available; must be purchased before final payment.

  • No Smoking
  • No Pets (except certified service animals; documentation required)
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival (or in full if within 60 days)
  • Check-In: 6:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Starting Jan 1, 2026: Check-In 4:00 PM / Check-Out 10:00 AM)
  • Guests must be 25 years or older; reservations cannot be made by or for anyone under 25

We had a wonderful stay at Drift Away. The house was very spacious and extremely clean. 30A Cottages are the best. They are quick to respond and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested.
