It’s tough to keep everyone in the family happy, unless you book this luxury home in Seacrest. Welcome to Footprints in the Sand! As one of the only seven-bedroom homes in the community, it also offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Thoughtfully designed for everyone’s comfort, there are five king master bedrooms with private baths. One features an attached nursery with a crib and day bed with trundle. Another is a separate guest house with private sitting area and kitchenette. And the third floor is perfect for older children, with two bunk rooms joined by a small tv area.  On the second floor you’ll find a den with sofa & TV. When it’s time for everyone to gather, there’s plenty of room in the spacious downstairs living area. An oversized sectional plus a large flat screen make for the perfect movie night. You’ll also appreciate two separate laundry areas and a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, trash compactor, and reverse osmosis faucets. This well-appointed home comfortably sleeps 16 guests in beds.

Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community

Parking
Footprints in the Sand has parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY.  Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community.  Proximity to your property is not guaranteed.  Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag.  Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited.  Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle.  The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations.  30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

TVs In Home
Please note that only the third-floor game room TV has cable, the main room TV is streaming only. The guest house TVs are internet based only, so guests can use them for streaming and apps like Netflix/Hulu.  The remaining TVs in the home do not have cable or internet access, and only have DVD players. 

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 PM. Starting January 1, 2026, the check-in time will change from 6:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the check-out time will change from 12:00 PM (noon) to 10:00 AM.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. My husband and I enjoyed having eight of our 10 children join us at Footprints in the Sand for the week. The house was big enough to allow three spouses and children to have ample space for connecting and still having some privacy. The available bikes were a treat to ride every morning to coffee and after dinner. Everyone said they enjoyed the time together! We will book again for next year!

My 16 year old granddaughter got there before me and said it was amazing. She was right. Lots of open space and 3 floors of bedrooms and 2 additional rooms for the kids with a TV. Lots of porches where people could sit outside and read or have meals. It was a short walk or bike ride to the gorgeous pool or to the beach. We especially liked the community stores and eating places. A Tram was available to take you where you wanted to go. We would definitely like to go there again.

This house was perfect for our group. We had several adults that needed separate rooms and the layout was awesome. Property is located in the back of the neighborhood and has a great view off the back porch. Well maintained and clean. We liked it so much we’re booking it again!

Our three generational family of 12 enjoyed our stay at “Footprints in the Sand”. The community pool was wonderful as well as the beach. If you go mid to late afternoon, you can usually find lounges at the pool and a spot near the water at the beach using our own chairs. Having the large table in the open dining area accommodated all of us for meals and playing card games. The house was very comfortable for all of us, especially the beds. TV and WiFi worked great. Plenty of towels were supplied, but bring your own beach towels and chairs if you’re not planning to rent them at the beach. Extra soap and toilet paper was needed, but the supermarkets are only 3-4 miles away. We thought check-in time 6:00-6:30 was rather late, since most of our party arrived at Seacrest Beach by mid afternoon.

We loved this home. It was perfect our grown kids and extended family. Everyone enjoyed their own spaces with private bedrooms with baths. There was plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor balconies for each bedroom. The third level is a perfect space for children or teens with additional beds. My wife and I enjoyed the suite with the private entrance. Also would be great for older guests who can’t climb stairs. Two sets of washer/dryers. Large kitchen and living area. Great location right across from the tram stop. And just minutes to the beach. Seacrest Beach is a great resort-like neighborhood with an easy walk to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home and we look forward to a future stay.

This home was perfect in every way! The space, the furnishings, the stocked kitchen, the quietness and safety being tucked in the back of Seacrest directly beside a tram stop, and the list goes on. We would absolutely rent again. While we utilized the tram, you can absolutely walk easily to shops, beach and pool all in under 10 minutes (the pool is the closest of the three). We traveled with 4 small kids and the toys were a hit! The towels were plush, sheets were comfy and the mattresses were all wonderful! Our one small piece of feedback would be to add an over door towel hanger or a set of towel hooks in the master bathroom upstairs. We missed being able to hang our towels to dry because the shower is magnificent and full floor to ceiling door so we just set them on a nearby shelf to dry. Overall this home was truly like being in our own home with every comfort and not a detail overlooked. Thank you for a beautiful week we definitely felt the love & memories throughout footprints in the sand!

This house is beautiful and comfortable. The 4 master suites (one of them is actually a separate apartment attached to the house) are very very nice-comfortable beds and bedding, spacious showers, access to balconies and beautiful views. The kitchen has most everything we needed for cooking for 12 people. The 2 washer and dryer sets were very helpful. The kitchen table was nice and large, accommodating our group of 12 with the help of 3 nearby stools. The living room was large and comfortable. We did not have small children with us but there is a playroom on the 2nd floor along with 2 toddler beds and a crib. We were so grateful for the 4 bikes this host provided. This home is just steps away from the tram stop that took us to the beach every day. We hope to return to this home on our next trip to Florida!

Seacrest Beach is a beautiful vacation spot! It has the feel of a small town with all the amenities. We loved that we could hop on the trolley and get to the beach . Our children rode their bikes and skateboarded all around the complex. The pool is amazing and so beautiful at night. The whole area is peaceful and we felt very secure while there. We would definitely return to Seacrest Beach.

Relaxing at Footprints in the Sand was a cherished experience. My entire family, 15 of us, was able to relax comfortably in this beautiful and spacious home. Plenty of beds, restrooms, tv’s, toys for the children, and porches to accommodate us all. Cook inside, grill outside, or eat out. Enjoy the pool or the beach, strolls on the walking trails, or have a refreshing bicycle ride. All is available. Memories were made that we’ll always remember whether its watching some of our little ones learning to ride a bike or enjoying a walk at sunset on the beach. Our experience was one we will treasure for years.

This house was incredible! It had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked with dishes, bedding, toys... great for families with a lot of children. The space was perfect, there were 10 of us and weren’t lacking for space at all! I would highly recommend booking this property and would definitely return ! Location was also great, easy to get to several restaurants that were walking distance.
