Parking

  • The Front Row offers two parking passes only; parking is available in the lot behind the building or on-street (first come, first served). Street parking requires a valid permit and is strictly enforced by the HOA. Guests are responsible for any fines or towing.

Overall great stay. I searched dozens of properties and this was the best for the price. The unit is recently renovated with nice vinyl plank floors and huge master shower with double shower heads on both sides. We had a slight shower plumbing issue and maintenance was very responsive and resolved within the hour it was reported. One of the fastest responses on a maintenance issue I’ve ever experienced! Beds are memory foam and very comfortable.

My husband and I needed a longer stay while in town for business. 30aCottages was so easy to work with to secure our stay since we were traveling on short notice. The condo was so cozy and inviting. Plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lawn and sunrise. The beds were SO comfy, as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had every item we could have needed to use. It’s so close to the main square and beach areas. We highly recommend this lovely condo!

The Front Row by far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and tidy and super convenient to everything. It was nice having St Augustine Green right on your front porch. The rooms and space were much larger than what was depicted in the pictures. The staff were super friendly and helpful leading up to our stay. This is our 10th time staying in Rosemary and we'll definitely be booking the Front Row again soon and can't recommend 30a Cottages enough. Thank you!!

The property is at the back of rosemary . It’s across from a park , my kids road their bikes around and around as we set and watched them ! It’s a great spot - straight back and a few blocks from the square .

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at The Front Row. We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for several years now, and 30A cottages is our "go to" booking selection. We love the personal service, ease or booking & checking in/out, and the locations of the properties. This is the perfect place to vacation, and we will be back for years to come!

We loved staying at the Front Row. It is located a few blocks away from the main squares which gives the home a little extra privacy. The house is facing St. Augustine Green which is a pretty view when sitting on the front porch in the mornings! We visited in late April when it was quiet in Rosemary Beach so we didn't have issues with noisy neighbors or difficult parking. We'd love to visit the Front Row again!

We loved staying here. Back of Rosemary and quieter. Had everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better for us is if we could have brought our fur babies but it was a perfect place and we loved it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Flats. The condo was comfortable and all we needed. If there was a negative it was that the insulation between our condo and the one above was minimal. So any walking or noise above us was very audible in our condo. That being said, we were looking for a peaceful "getaway", and that is what we found in this portion of the Rosemary Beach community. We will be back!

Great location. Quiet. Very clean cottage with really comfortable beds. Rosemary beach is a lovely beach and community. Loved that the bikes were included with the rental! Would definitely go again!

We loved staying at this house! It's the perfect size for a family of four, and the location was wonderful! We felt so safe with our teenagers riding their bikes to and from the beach. Great experience!

This unit was very comfortable for our family of 6! We have stayed in Rosemary for many years but this is the first time at the Front Row. Being across from the amphitheater was great! We were able to enjoy a concert from our patio and just a quick walk across the street to enjoy the magic show. The kids loved having the green right there and the splash pad nearby. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had a couple of maintenance issues. We let the property manager know and they had our oven door fixed promptly. Unfortunately, the dryer died a couple of days into our stay and it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay but they brought us clean towels and offered to reimburse for a cleaning service if needed. We would definitely stay again.

The space was perfect for 4 adults to spear out and enjoy our time together. The condo is solid and away from the main hub-bub but easily walkable to the town center and beach. Nicely and tastefully appointed.

We stayed at The Front Row before and returned for another visit. It is perfect for our family of 4 with a little room to spare. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we had a fully loaded SUV unpacked, everyone’s bags in their rooms, and we were kicked back and relaxing. Also, when you come and go maybe 10 times a day for pool or beach or food or whatever, we found that being a few steps from your car or bike makes a huge difference. Better than hauling the kids and pool or beach gear up and down the stairs all the time. We like being able to sit on the porch and see the kids hanging out on the green. We definitely prefer this location over something in the town square. This location has much less traffic and is safer for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. We usually make a couple grocery runs during our stay and cook at the condo about half the time. All the pots and pans and knife set looked brand new. The Wifi was fast and we loved that the bikes were included. The beds were super comfortable!! I saw other reviews mention uncomfortable beds. I spoke to the management company. The mattresses in the bedrooms and the sofa & chair in the living room are all brand new. The place was spotless and like other places at Rosemary, it has a classy feel to it. Love this place. We will be back!

We loved our stay at the Front Row. The condo is the perfect size for families with two kids. Great location being right on the Green & not too far from the beach. We took advantage of the bikes & biked nearly everywhere. Condo was clean & the amenities were great. We will be back!

We had a lovely time at the Front Row just after Christmas - sleepy beach town + mild weather made a perfect family Christmas gift. Rental staff was wonderfully helpful and very responsive. The little field across the street was a great spot for kids to play and have a little independence. We would love to stay here again sometime!
