Property Description
Welcome to Good Vibes 30A, a newly remodeled, pet-friendly retreat just minutes from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach. Tucked beneath a canopy of trees, this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers relaxation, convenience, and the perfect dose of 30A charm.

Start your mornings on the shaded front porch with a cup of coffee and the coastal breeze. Inside, the open floor plan connects a fully equipped kitchen to a bright living room with a flat-screen TV—ideal for lounging after a day at the beach.

The primary suite features a private en suite bathroom and direct access to the spacious back porch, creating the perfect spot to unwind with an evening glass of wine. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen guest room and a guest room with two full beds, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 8.

Fire up the outdoor gas grill, take a short stroll or bike ride to the beach, or walk just 2 minutes to Seagrove’s newest hotspot, Greenway Station, offering a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, boutique shopping, and excellent dining—including local favorite The Salty Butcher.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate the nearby Eastern Lake for kayaking and paddleboarding, as well as immediate access to 30A’s scenic bike paths. With seasonal bikes included, exploring the area couldn’t be easier.

Seagrove Beach is beloved for its natural beauty, named for the lush grove of oaks, magnolias, hickories, and sand pines that still define the area today. This eclectic beach town blends classic coastal cottages with modern amenities and offers easy access to:

Beach Access Information
Closest Pedestrian Accesses (Walk/Bike Only, Limited Parking Nearby)
  • Eastern Lake Beach Access – 0.3 miles, 5–6 minute walk or 1-minute bike ride
  • Ramsgate Beach Access – 0.5 miles, 10-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride
Both accesses are pedestrian/bike only and do not allow professional beach chair vendors. Guests will need to bring their own gear.
A very small public parking lot is available at 400 Eastern Lake Rd, about 1–2 minutes from the access points.

Closest Access With Parking + Vendor Chair Service

  • Santa Clara Regional Beach Access – 1.5 miles, 4-minute drive or 7–8 minute bike ride
Vendor beach chairs may be reserved in advance; placement is first-come, first-served each day.
Additional Vendor-Friendly Beach Accesses (Walk/Bike Only)
  • One Seagrove Access – 0.9 miles; 4–5 minute bike ride
  • Walton Dunes Access – 1.2 miles; 6–7 minute bike ride
Vendor chairs allowed; no parking available.

Parking
Good Vibes 30A accommodates two small vehicles or one large vehicle in the driveway.

  • No street parking permitted
  • Golf cart rentals are allowed and must fit in the driveway
  • Ask us about preferred vendor discounts after booking
Reservation & Booking Policies
Important: The 30A Cottages & Concierge Rental Agreement terms supersede policies listed on third-party sites (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.). We cannot refund service fees charged by third-party platforms.
  • No Smoking
  • Pet-Friendly (2 pets max, 25 lb limit; $250 non-refundable fee per pet; must be listed & approved)
  • Rates do not include taxes & fees
  • 50% payment due at booking
  • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival (or at booking if within 30 days)
  • Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is refundable if canceled more than 30 days before arrival
  • Travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Minimum age requirement: 25. The booking guest must remain an occupant throughout the stay. Key access is not granted to guests under 25.

Perfect beach bungalow for a family of four, easily could’ve fit six. Walking distance to coffee shops and food, and loved having the bikes at the ready. We walked to the public beach access and easily drove to a few others. Would love to stay here again!

This super cute cottage was the perfect place for our family and dogs. It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, had a wonderful front and back deck, and was quiet and relaxing. The area was not busy and had all the restaurants we needed. The bikes, that were included with the house, were so handy to have if we wanted to explore. We will definitely come back.

I booked Good Vibes 30A for my besties bachelorette trip and could not have been more pleased with our experience! The room was ready right on time and we received texts/updates/reminders throughout our stay! The walk to the beach was short and effortless! The four bikes provided an even easier route to the beach! Dinnerware, toiletries, towels, and plenty of blankets and pillows were provided! I was a little worried that there wouldn't be enough space for 6 girls to get ready but after we arrived we realized Good Vibes 30A had mirrors galore, even full length in two of the rooms! The back porch/patio made for the perfect place for us to hang out during the cooler evenings! Located just minutes from Old Florida Fish House and Beachy Bean Coffee Co, we were able to enjoy dinner and breakfast without having to deal with lots of traffic! Short drive to everything 30A has to offer!

Good Vibes were had by all!

Our family of 5 + fur baby had a wonderful time at Good Vibes 30A. Very convenient walk to the beach for our small children and a great backyard and back deck to relax between swimming. The house was well designed, clean and a great landing place for us at 30A. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Perfect place for our family vacation! The house is pristine, and we loved spending time on the back deck. Quick walk to the beach and close to the bike path for a long bike ride. We would definitely come back!

The house was super cute and very picture perfect! Their communication was excellent and if you had any issues they were there to help or answer any questions. It was a great location and perfect for our girl’s trip! We just wish we knew there wasn’t any salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. There really weren’t many “essentials” so just make sure you read what they have and bring whatever you would need for your stay!

Our stay was great! Rental was very clean, good location and updated. Great host communication. The iron and ironing board wasn’t found but the management brought us those as soon as we asked. Just a heads up, the rental did not come with hand soaps for bathrooms or salt, pepper, or oil for cooking.
