Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright, thoughtfully designed layout perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, Haven of Rest comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen features elegant quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need—from morning coffee to seafood dinners.

Unwind in the spacious living room with plush seating and a Smart TV, or step outside to the private balcony overlooking the tranquil state park—an ideal spot for sunrise coffee or evening conversation. Each bedroom is filled with natural light for a refreshing start to the day. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a glass walk-in shower for added luxury.

Prominence offers some of the best amenities on 30A, making beach days and pool days effortless. Take a leisurely walk, hop on the included bikes, or cruise in the golf cart to reach the sugar-white sands. When you're ready to switch things up, enjoy a dip in one of the two resort-style community pools.

Set along the iconic 30A corridor, Prominence is a highly sought-after community known for its exceptional amenities, well-maintained green spaces, and access to over 17 miles of scenic bike paths. Its ideal central location puts you close to beloved beach towns—Seagrove and Seaside to the west, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east—and just moments from pristine white-sand beaches.

At the center of the community is The Big Chill, a vibrant gathering place featuring a massive 25-foot LED theater screen for sporting events and movies, live music, kids’ activities, dining, and boutique shopping—all just a short walk from your door.

With endless entertainment, natural beauty, and upscale amenities, Prominence is the perfect setting for a coastal escape.

Reservation & Booking Policies
Please Note: The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed at confirmation supersede any policies listed by third-party booking sites (VRBO, Airbnb, HomeAway, etc.). We cannot reimburse third-party service fees. We do not offer a 100% refund once a booking has been processed. All cancelations incur a 5% fee to cover processing costs.

Payment

  • 50% of total cost is due at booking
  • Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
  • If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required

Cancelations

  • Except for a 5% processing fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelation is made more than 60 days before arrival

Travel Insurance

  • Optional travel insurance is available
  • Must be purchased before final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM CST

Parking

  • Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, depending on size
  • No street parking allowed

Rules

  • NO SMOKING
  • Pet-Friendly — 1 pet max, 20 lb. limit; $250 non-refundable fee per pet; pet must be listed on reservation and approved
  • Tenant must be 25+ years of age and must occupy the home for the entire stay
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees

Haven of Rest was just that!!! A place that feels inviting and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a great bonus ❤️ It was very clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect. We will definitely rent again!
