The three-story beach house with gulf views offers four bedrooms and five full baths, and recently came under new ownership & new management. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it’s easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

Beach Services: You must use the approved vendor when renting beach chairs/umbrellas if using the private beach access for this community. Laid Back Beach Service is the only approved vendor for this area of the beach. Contact information will be provided upon booking. Laid Back Beach Service will be onsite during most times to require proof of access for owners and guests. Additionally, they will enforce rules pertinent to family-oriented behavior (language, music levels, respect of fellow beachgoers, chair/umbrella placements, etc.) Tents and canopies are NOT PERMITTED at any time. You are also allowed to bring your own beach gear back and forth from the home, if you choose.

Parking
The home has designated parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

Walk to the beach walk to rosemary, restaurants and shade’s restaurant. Big house plenty of space and great kitchen area to hang out. Upper balcony bedroom has a view of the gulf.

Great Fall Break Stay

We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers and plenty of room left over on our fall break stay. The layout is perfect and we loved the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and the community pool. Easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary, multiple restaurants and shopping. We were all very pleased with our stay!

Great location with private beach

We loved the location and the house is beautiful with a new kitchen. The private beach is literally a 1 minute walk. There is very little public beach in the area and it was extremely crowded. The private beach allowed us to peacefully, enjoy the day. The community pool is just behind the house and we were surprised how large and nice it was. Very short walk to Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach to enjoy the restaurants and shops. We are definitely coming back to the Inlet Breeze!!

Turquoise water, sugar white beaches, well appointed, roomy house, community pool with private beach access in a very exclusive neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family. As it has lots of bedrooms, bunk beds and bathrooms. My family truly had a great time. Thanks for making the property available.

We loved the house! It was a short walk to the beach and pool thru a really cool winding path in the back yard. There's plenty of room for everyone to dine together. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Vacation Home Near the Beach

We enjoyed our recent stay at Inlet Breeze. The home was as advertised and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The short path to the pool and the beach was like walking thru a tropical oasis. The home was laid out nicely for multiple families. It slept the number advertised very comfortably. The home was ready and clean upon arrival and the check in process was so easy it was if you just drove up to your home and walked right in! We had no problems while there and totally enjoyed the proximity to everything we needed such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. Everything we could have possibly asked for!!

Family, Beach, Sun and Sunsets

We wanted to host a special, fun, relaxing beach weekend with our grown children, their spouses, and our first grandchild. The planning began with finding a perfect location and property--Inlet Breeze. The house was beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, and steps from Inlet Beach and a community pool. We enjoyed both the inside and outside space the house provided and we loved having 4 bicycles included in our rental. The information for the house, its use, and the check-in and check-out process was excellent and easy. We made great family memories during the day on the beach and at the pool, lingering on the beach to enjoy the sunsets, and sharing family meals in the spacious dining and living areas. We hope to make this an annual trip and reservation!

Great stay short walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay at Inlet Breeze. The house is just a short 8 min walk to either Wall Street beach or Barbary Coast beach access. We enjoyed the large family room with multiple Seating areas for large groups. The beds were comfortable and linens good quality. 30a was very responsive with questions regarding beach rentals etc. we had to call for a few extra supplies while visiting and they were delivered within an hour. The house is in good location, on a quiet street but close enough to bike into Rosemary. Con: The kitchen is lacking in updated utensils and dishes for a large group. There were no beach chairs or coolers at the house to use. That most houses seem to provide. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and the house has lots of space.

The short walk to the beach/pool and the private pathway were wonderful. The second floor provided a great community space for all of us to hang out together, and we still had plenty of privacy when we each went to our own rooms. The bicycles were an added bonus that we enjoyed.

We would absolutely rent this property again. It's in a perfect location at the end of Rosemary Beach. The ocean was a 90 second walk away. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants the area has to offer. The property management was easy to work with and eager to help and answer questions prior and during our stay. I appreciated their quick responses and friendly demeanor. Overall, the house is well kept. I felt like it was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues I noticed during our stay (door handle missing on microwave). It is my understanding the home recently came under new ownership, so I image these items are being addressed. Nothing that would prevent us from recommending or staying here again. When we return, this is the place I want to rent again. Thank you for sharing this great property.
