Inlet Dunes 205 is located in the Inlet Beach Area of 30A. The gated community is located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Beautiful finishes throughout, with sleeping for a family of 4 comfortably. There is a King-size bed in the main bedroom and hall twin-size bunks for the kiddos. The community offers a pool, garden area, and fireplace for shared use. Direct gated access across from the main entrance to the Public beach.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it’s easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

There is only 1 parking space available with this home. The HOA is very strict about the parking policy and vehicles in violation are subject to be towed at the owner's expense.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Wonderful stay at 30A reservations condo in Rosemary Beach

We had the most amazing weekend at Inlet Dunes 205! It was perfect accommodations for me and my husband! The bed was comfortable and the close proximity to the beach was amazing! My only complaint was figuring out how to open the sliding glass door get fresh air and enjoy the balcony. When I called the main line, they had someone there in 20 minutes to explain the lock on th doors! We can’t wait to go back here! Loved the bikes that came with rental!!

This place was so cute! Perfect location, quiet & a short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a long weekend get a way. The bed was super comfy, sofa & love seat chair were also very comfy. Nice qual ity towels too! And decorated really cute, and not a lot of Knick knacks everywhere. We will definitely be staying here again.

Condo was nice, had everything we needed. Loved the close access to the beach. Nice pool, although it was not very clean. Also, the air conditioner in the unit was inconsistent. Also, the drains were very slow in the unit. Overall, nice place to stay, just needs a little attention to make sure things are operating optimally.

We enjoyed the property and location. We appreciated the comfortable sitting area and bedroom. Kitchen had most items we needed. The bathroom needed a better cleaning in some lesser used areas, but otherwise the condo was clean. W e would stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here and absolutely loved it. You can not beat the location - so close to the beach and walking distance into town. We cooked dinner here every night and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Inlet Dunes

The unit was clean, updated and comfortable, and has a balcony which mostly has a view of trees and partial view of the pool. Having the bunk beds was very convenient for our child. This allowed us to use the common area fully (no need for the sofa b ed). The walk to the beach was very accessible and convenient; the entrance to the public beach access was just behind the main property. The property itself is gated and has a small community pool. Inlet Beach was beautiful and not excessively crowded. In general, this property which has only 18 rental units, was quiet. However, our unit was on the 2nd floor of a 3 - story building, and we were able to hear anyone walking/running/jumping in the 3rd floor unit above us. This was a major issue for my noise - sen sitive family during sleeping hours, and is the main reason why we will not stay here again. OVerall, this was a very nice unit.

Property is great. The condo is so nicely decorated and stocked with everything you could need. The beach is short walk and beautiful. Love the secluded area, away fr om the hustle and bustle of some of the other beaches. Second trip to this complex and plan on returning next year.

Our family of 6 stayed at 205 Inlet Dunes for six nights. We had wonderful weather and loved the super close proximity to the beach. The unit was clean upon our arrival and stocked with linens and the necessities such as TP, soap, until we could get to the store. The place was tight for 6 because there’s literally no place except the one bedroom to put all the baggage...and it’s tiny. Luckily we had great weather and spent the majority our time outside. We had a minor AC leak but the rental management compa ny had a repairman there in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Overall, we were pleased!

So close to the beach! Walked right out the back gate and across the street to a gorgeous beach. P roperty was clean, homey, and decorated in a lovely updated beach style.

he location is unbeatable. Just steps away from the beach! My only complaint was that the shower curtain needed a good bleaching, but that is a complaint for the cleaning service, not the property.

Inlet dunes was a great location not too far of a walk to the beach. The condo was clean and decorated very tastefully. The beds were comfortable as well as the oversized couch. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

A couple of minutes walking distance from the beautiful white sands of Inlet beach. Less than 1 mile from Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park. The unit was clean and well furnished. Beach cozy would be our best description of the overall look. The inc luded stacked washer and dryer were super handy after daily beach and outdoor activities. We rented bicycles from the same Paradise Properties that manages the property. Brand new beach cruisers with locks, delivered to our location before our arrival and picked up after our departure. We used them frequently to ride to Rosemary and Seaside Beaches with a great trip on Sunday to enjoy the local Farmer’s market. Our one hope for improvement is that the water did have a sulfur odor and as much as we tried, we couldn’t ignore it. It was the sole reason we didn’t rate our stay higher. Paradise Property Management was excellent to work with and very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. We will definitely consider using their properties again in the future.

This condo was nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings, a comfortable floor plan with great use of floor space. Lots of smaller amenities such as conveniently p laced light switches and multiple hooks to accommodate clothes helping to keep dressing convenient and organized. This condo was easy to be comfortable in. Lovely balcony for comfort and relaxing..

Although the weather was yucky i t was still lovely to be at the beach and experience a new way of relaxing! Paradise properties customer service is top notch. They called me to see how my visit was going and brought over a parking pass that they had forgotten to leave in the condo. Custo mer service is a lost art but they have perfected it. Thank you!
