Overview
Loop Doggy Dog is a rare gem tucked along the coveted Allen Loop Road, just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Perfect for families or groups, this one-story retreat offers privacy, comfort, and plenty of space to entertain.

The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, while the separate guest house offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with direct pool access—ideal for wet feet after a swim. Outside, enjoy a private pool and spa, putting green, fire pit, and serene backyard views of the nearby golf course. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, grilling outdoors, or strolling to the beach, Loop Doggy Dog provides a relaxed coastal escape.

Inside, you’ll find an open, airy layout, a chef’s kitchen with everything needed for entertaining, and a large mudroom/laundry area perfect for post-beach clean-up. Designed as a former full-time residence, every corner of Loop Doggy Dog offers premium comfort, thoughtful design, and plenty of storage for your vacation needs.

Private Pool & Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating is available from October through April for an additional cost. Heating is only offered when outdoor temperatures are between 50°F–80°F for safe and effective operation.

Parking
Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. On-street parking is not permitted.

Reservation & Booking Policies

  • Cancellation policies and terms in your 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement supersede any third-party site terms (e.g., VRBO, HomeAway).
  • Additional third-party service fees are non-refundable.
  • 5% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card and document processing.
  • No smoking.
  • Pets not allowed, except certified service animals (documentation required).
  • Published rates exclude tax and fees.
  • 50% of total cost due at booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival (or in full if booking within 60 days).
  • Initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior, minus the 5% processing fee.
  • Optional travel insurance is available; must be purchased before final payment.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay.
