The Space
Discover coastal luxury at The Pearl Cove, a beautifully updated lakefront retreat along 30A. Nestled beside the tranquil Oyster Lake, this serene escape combines relaxation with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico’s pristine beaches.

The main house spans multiple levels, offering privacy and space for all guests. The first floor features a stylish great room with a cozy fireplace, a plush leather sectional, and four armchairs perfect for conversation or cocktails. The newly redesigned kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a six-burner gas range with griddle, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a spacious island with seating for four. Adjacent dining areas include a casual six-seat table and a formal dining room for larger gatherings. A wine bar with its own refrigerator adds a touch of sophistication, and large kitchen windows showcase serene lake views.

The first-floor guest bedroom includes a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a private deck with a porch swing and breathtaking lake views, plus an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. Additional accommodations include a king bedroom with a private bath and two more king bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath.

Outside, the backyard highlights the home’s coastal appeal with the sparkling private pool, spa, and rare dune beauty of Oyster Lake. Spend your days fishing, paddleboarding, or strolling down to Dune Allen Beach. Bikes, golf carts, and walking paths make it easy to explore the area, including local favorites like Stinky’s Fish Camp, Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley, and Papa Surf Burger Bar.

Pool Heating

  • Pool and spa heating is available October through April for an additional fee. Operation is weather-dependent and not available if temperatures are consistently below 50°F or above 80°F.

Parking

  • The Pearl Cove offers designated driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.

Reservation & Policies

  • No smoking
  • Pets not Allowed
  • Published rates do not include taxes and fees
  • 50% of the total cost is due at booking; balance is due 60 days prior to arrival (or in full if arriving within 60 days)
  • Cancellation: Initial 50% payment is fully refundable (less 5% processing fee) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival; no 100% refund after booking is processed
  • Optional travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment)
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM (CST) | Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Guests must be 25+ years old

Beautiful house and area

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has been beautifully renovated. The neighborhood is quiet, and access to the beach was very easy. We loved the bikes, and there are plenty of places to ride out to explore. The pool/spa combo was incredible; heating it made things perfect for March. We had a couple maintenance issues come up, but the management company got it all sorted for us. We would definitely stay again.
