Perfect location on the SOUTH SIDE on 30-A with a heated gulf front pool distinctly nestled between Rosemary and Aly's Beach. The three-story townhome, Pelican Watch, has an open floor plan with multiple living spaces including 3 covered balconies and 3 enclosed porches one of which houses a foosball table for all to enjoy. On the second floor, the newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances along with a gas cooktop with a grill for searing steaks or cooking pancakes, and the island has a wine cooler and bar sink for entertaining. There is a large, covered porch off the dining room which can closed with shutters or open to the gulf breezes. There is Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a full bath. The first floor has a master ensuite with a king bed, and on the 3rd floor there is a large master bedroom with a workspace and ensuite with an oversized shower featuring dual shower heads. Sip your cocktail as the sun sets over the gulf or enjoy morning coffee and gulf views from the 3rd floor private balconies off the master bedroom. Also on the third floor, kids will enjoy the bunk room with queen over queen bunk beds, private ensuite bath and flat screen television. The gulf front pool and beach access to the beautiful white sand and crystal blue water are only a two-minute walk. This home is filled with natural light in an open floor plan and 10' high ceilings with several cozy areas and outdoor spaces for every guest to enjoy.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possibly guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockages, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Sunset Beach Community is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee with be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

The accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable and located within walking distance or short drive to all 30A locations. Spectacular Senior Trip

What an amazing experience! The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and every aspect was perfect! Pelican Watch is a great place. Super convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Place is well designed and has super comfy beds. Access to a pool also is nice especially for kids. Best of all it’s a very short walk to beach!

Wonderful stay

House was perfect for family of six. We had plenty of room. We loved the beautiful bathrooms. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies. Felt very secure and safe. Communication was excellent. Easy to text or email someone to ask questions. We enjoyed riding our bikes to go out to eat. Great location! Definitely want to come back next year.

We have stayed in the Sunset Villa 7 years in a row. This time we brought our son’s girlfriend. The house and set up was perfect for bringing significant others. The walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

We had a great week at Pelican Watch. Very easy walk to the beach, shops, etc. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved all of the outdoor porches and decks. It was the perfect size for our group of six.

We loved the location - close to restaurants. The home was beautiful and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 college girls. The balconies were a bonus! Walking to the pool and beach were easy. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. It felt very safe behind gates as well.

Special Friends Weekend

Had a great weekend meeting with old college friends. We played golf at Camp Creek close to Pelican Watch, walked to restaurants, and enjoyed spending time together on the many porches. The house was so nice and the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our needs. We will be back “Same time next year!”

We are so glad that all of you enjoyed Pelican Watch! It is such a lovely home with an exceptional location. We are making some updates this winter and we can't wait for you to see the improvements next year!

Great Location, close to rosemary, Seacrest, inlet and Alyss. Walk to the beach and pool is quick. Bikes are a bonus for getting around. 3rd floor porch is wonderful to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Home was very clean, and the staff answered all our questions.

In the Middle of Everything!

We loved the house and the location. The house sits directly on 30-A, and we could walk to the sidewalk beside the house and take a left to go to the shops and restaurants in Alys Beach, or take a right to go to Rosemary Beach, or walk across the street to Seacrest Beach. The pool and beach were steps away at the end of a private walkway, and there was secure, gated entry for the two homes on this street. The house was beautiful, comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed spending time on the 2nd and 3rd floor porches too. We will definitely stay at Pelican Watch for our next beach trip!

Easy access to get to Pelican Watch with gate entry and beach a very short walk away! Everything you need in this place with bikes provided and proximity to Rosemary restaurants. 30A Cottages such a wonderful company to get us what we needed. Highly recommend both Pelican Watch and 30A Cottages!
