Luxuriously designed by the renowned Kate Marker of Kate Marker Interiors, Petite Palm is nestled in the charming Magnolia Dune community of Seagrove. This exquisite 5-bedroom vacation home embodies 30A’s signature curated casual aesthetic, from the custom kitchen to the meticulously chosen details and finishes throughout.
Offering the perfect blend of beauty and comfort in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Petite Palm features four elegant adult bedrooms (three with king beds, one with a queen) and a bonus bunk room, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is a unique retreat, boasting vaulted ceilings for added drama and wall-mounted TVs, including in the bunk room.

The well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream, with marble backsplash and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer combo. The open concept layout includes ample island and dining table seating, extending to a screened porch for alfresco dining. Three additional porches offer inviting spaces to relax, with a delightful double porch swing and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Guests can explore the area with four included adult bikes and enjoy the nearby heated community pool just a couple doors down. With two beach access points right across the street, Petite Palm is the perfect coastal getaway.

Community Amenities:
~ Community Pool (Will be heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas and the month of March for Spring Break. The pool heating is controlled by the HOA.)
~ Community Beach Access; Two public accesses (Beachwood Villas Beach Access & One Seagrove Place Beach Access) only 0.2 mile from the home, a short 3-4 minute walk. These are pedestrian accesses only via foot/bike, no parking areas available. Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location. The closest beach access with a small parking area is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, only a 3 minute drive from the home.

Golf Cart:
Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts, or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.

Parking:
Petite Palm has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the driveway. Per the HOA, street parking is not allowed within the community. No house trailers, modular structures or travel trailers are permitted within in the community.

Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)

This was a guest favorite for the Longleaf Writers Conference and we enjoyed the spacious quiet and the luxurious upgrades--we will be staying here again next May if possible! This home is on a nice stretch of beach too!

Fall Break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Petite Palm! It was the perfect place for three families to spend fall break. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and super clean! The kitchen area is spacious, and we spent a lot of time there cooking, eating, and playing board games at night. The kids enjoyed sitting on the porch bed swing every morning and night, and I enjoyed my coffee on the screened in porch. The location is ideal since it is just a short walk from the beach. We loved having bikes and a brand new golf cart to use as well. There is a donut shop, pizza place, seafood market, Mexican restaurant, and shaved ice store all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The community pool is just steps away. The beach access is across the street and a block down. Very easy to get to. The beach is gorgeous and wasn’t packed even on the holiday weekend. There were a handful of restaurants with in walking distance and It was an easy golf cart ride to Seaside. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Petite Palm. The house was perfect for our family for the week. We did have one issue with the electrical outlets in one bathroom but maintenance was very quick to respond for us. The only recommendation I have is that the home does not have an iron which would have been helpful . We hope to stay here again in the future.

The Petite Palm is a beautiful home and was perfect for a large extended family of 12 adults. We had enough room for everyone to spread out! The kitchen is amazing and with our big family, we were able to serve and sit comfortably. The decor is beautiful along with the accessibility to the beach. It was a short walk on foot to the public beach access. (BONUS!) Overall, this precious beach home was a perfect find with everything you'll need to have a memorable beach vacation on 30A.

This was a beautiful home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and everything we needed (furniture, plentiful towels, kitchen plates and tools, etc)! We hadn’t stayed in this location before but found the two access points just across the street and used the link sent by 30a to reserve chairs and hang out all day. I was also happy with how quiet the house was inside and the neighborhood was pleasant. I was also pleased by the amount of information we received from 30a and the check-in via text that was so responsive (thought we didnt need anything). The golf cart, bicycles and neighborhood pool were a plus! We would definitely stay here again and/or rent a similar home through 30a!

We had a great end of year getaway to recharge after the holidays and prepare for the new year. The house was exactly what our family needed with plenty of room and an ideal location on 30A close to so many of our favorite spots.
