The home features four elegant adult bedrooms (three kings, one queen) plus a bonus bunk room, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Vaulted ceilings and wall-mounted TVs in every bedroom, including the bunk room, create a relaxing, modern retreat.

The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream with marble backsplash and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer. Ample island and dining seating flow seamlessly to a screened porch for outdoor dining. Three additional porches, including a double porch swing, provide inviting spots to unwind. An outdoor shower adds beachside convenience.

Explore Seagrove with four included adult bikes or take a dip in the nearby heated community pool. With two beach access points just across the street, Petite Palm offers the ultimate coastal getaway.

  • Driveway parking for 2–3 vehicles; street parking not allowed

This was a guest favorite for the Longleaf Writers Conference and we enjoyed the spacious quiet and the luxurious upgrades--we will be staying here again next May if possible! This home is on a nice stretch of beach too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Petite Palm! It was the perfect place for three families to spend fall break. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and super clean! The kitchen area is spacious, and we spent a lot of time there cooking, eating, and playing board games at night. The kids enjoyed sitting on the porch bed swing every morning and night, and I enjoyed my coffee on the screened in porch. The location is ideal since it is just a short walk from the beach. We loved having bikes and a brand new golf cart to use as well. There is a donut shop, pizza place, seafood market, Mexican restaurant, and shaved ice store all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The community pool is just steps away. The beach access is across the street and a block down. Very easy to get to. The beach is gorgeous and wasn’t packed even on the holiday weekend. There were a handful of restaurants with in walking distance and It was an easy golf cart ride to Seaside. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Petite Palm. The house was perfect for our family for the week. We did have one issue with the electrical outlets in one bathroom but maintenance was very quick to respond for us. The only recommendation I have is that the home does not have an iron which would have been helpful . We hope to stay here again in the future.

The Petite Palm is a beautiful home and was perfect for a large extended family of 12 adults. We had enough room for everyone to spread out! The kitchen is amazing and with our big family, we were able to serve and sit comfortably. The decor is beautiful along with the accessibility to the beach. It was a short walk on foot to the public beach access. (BONUS!) Overall, this precious beach home was a perfect find with everything you'll need to have a memorable beach vacation on 30A.

This was a beautiful home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and everything we needed (furniture, plentiful towels, kitchen plates and tools, etc)! We hadn’t stayed in this location before but found the two access points just across the street and used the link sent by 30a to reserve chairs and hang out all day. I was also happy with how quiet the house was inside and the neighborhood was pleasant. I was also pleased by the amount of information we received from 30a and the check-in via text that was so responsive (thought we didnt need anything). The golf cart, bicycles and neighborhood pool were a plus! We would definitely stay here again and/or rent a similar home through 30a!

We had a great end of year getaway to recharge after the holidays and prepare for the new year. The house was exactly what our family needed with plenty of room and an ideal location on 30A close to so many of our favorite spots.
