Welcome to Sandy Dreams. Backing up to Seacrest’s wooded nature preserve, this charming cottage offers privacy along with prime location – the beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. Accommodating up to 12 guests, you’ll enjoy various sleeping options thanks to two guest rooms on the main floor and two bunk rooms on the second level. The spacious master king suite, also upstairs, features a soaring vaulted ceiling trimmed in natural wood, an en suite bathroom with large glass-front shower and dual shower-heads, and a walk-in closet large enough to double as a nursery with a portable crib. When it’s time to entertain your crew, Sandy Dreams offers a chef’s kitchen with marble counters and stainless steel appliances that flows into a dining and living area with large flat screen TV. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking
Sandy Dreams has a driveway with designated parking for 1 vehicle only. There is also street parking throughout the community, available on a first come, first served basis. And, there is a parking lot area around the main Seacrest village shops and restaurants.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Beautiful Home with a Great Location!

This house was beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and enclosed porch. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need for family meals. It looks like it is on the back of the development, but we liked the convenience to the restaurant and shopping areas. I would definitely book this house again!

Dream Stay on 30a

This is a fantastic community for families. Four bikes were included, super clean, everything you need and more. We loved the games that were in the living room to play. Upstairs air conditioning will freeze you, which is amazing since heat rises in homes! I would suggest renting chairs and umbrellas EARLY or simply driving 4-5 minutes up the road to public beach access. The tram was great to get to the pool and the beach - and you MUST HAVE YOUR ARMBANDS EVERYWHERE YOU GO! Security will literally kick you off the beach or out of the pool area if you do not have them on! A lot of rules. If you are traveling with a group, I would HIGHLY recommend that you pack up your car and go to public beach access...We traveled in late June and the beach was WAY TOO CROWDED, like could not even see the ocean from our chairs. The house was super accommodating and even had a crockpot for easy group dinners - moms don't have to cook! Communication was amazing and check in/out was just as easy as communicating and getting all of our questions answered quickly and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend Sandy Dreams in the Seacrest Community.

I stayed in Sandy Dreams over fall break with my daughter, her college housemates and their moms. It was the perfect place for all of us! Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Also, a very important thing: The wi-fi worked great! I will definitely look to stay in Sandy Dreams again!

Home was exactly as listed - very spacious and enough beds/baths for our family of 9! The house is well stocked with all of the necessary kitchen supplies, starter toiletries and linens which was much appreciated! The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy vacation the minute we could check in. Location was great - short walk to pool, short tram ride to beach, and the trail behind the home was great for a morning walk or bike ride. Beach was clean & beautiful, vendors take over much of it so go early to set out your chairs in the public space if you want a spot by the water. HOA has some strict rules - not terrible and completely understandable, just make sure to review before you venture out (like no drinks in or within 4ft of pool). Thanks for a great stay - we will be back!!

Great house for families. The pool area was great for younger children. Walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. The tram was also very helpful. Beach access was hard. Lots of people in a small area, but public beach access about 1 mile away.

We really enjoyed Sandy Dreams and the entire 30a experience. The house was perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. We actually hosted Thanksgiving there. I thought being in the back would be unappealing, but it was better being in the back where it is quiet. The service and assistance along the way with 30a Cottages Rental Company was superb! Trust me, I asked a million questions, they answered immediately and happily. Great community, great house.

This was a great vacation home. The community is well-managed and they make it easy to get to the beach with a shuttle stop steps from the house. Our house was ready for check-in early, and we received lots of clear communication for the stay. On check-out we left a necklace behind and they reached out to let us know and ship it back to us! Great place to stay!
