Welcome to Sandy Dreams, a charming cottage tucked behind Seacrest’s wooded nature preserve, offering peace, privacy, and prime access to the beach just a short 5-minute walk away. Perfect for up to 12 guests, the home features flexible sleeping options with two guest rooms on the main floor and two bunk rooms upstairs.

The luxurious king master suite upstairs boasts a soaring vaulted ceiling trimmed in natural wood, an en suite bathroom with a glass-front shower and dual shower-heads, and a walk-in closet spacious enough to serve as a nursery with a portable crib.

Entertain effortlessly in the chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into the open living and dining area with a large flat-screen TV. For outdoor dining and relaxation, the screened-in back porch overlooks the serene nature preserve, and the brick patio below offers additional seating and a gas grill.

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed here for about a week over Thanksgiving. Excellent accommodations and, given, the holiday, we also found the kitchen had everything we required utensil-wise. Our party was my wife and I, 2 kids under 5, and 3 grandparents. House had room for a couple more easily.

This was our second trip to Seacrest beach but our first at Sandy Dreams. Beautiful home with great amenities. Location is in the back but still convenient to swimming pool and also the village shops. We will definitely be back since my family says they prefer this house and location.

This house was beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and enclosed porch. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need for family meals. It looks like it is on the back of the development, but we liked the convenience to the restaurant and shopping areas. I would definitely book this house again!

Loved the house, we had 4 teens with us, they enjoyed the pool (as we all did)! The house is comfortable. Descent restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Dream Stay on 30a

This is a fantastic community for families. Four bikes were included, super clean, everything you need and more. We loved the games that were in the living room to play. Upstairs air conditioning will freeze you, which is amazing since heat rises in homes! I would suggest renting chairs and umbrellas EARLY or simply driving 4-5 minutes up the road to public beach access. The tram was great to get to the pool and the beach - and you MUST HAVE YOUR ARMBANDS EVERYWHERE YOU GO! Security will literally kick you off the beach or out of the pool area if you do not have them on! A lot of rules. If you are traveling with a group, I would HIGHLY recommend that you pack up your car and go to public beach access...We traveled in late June and the beach was WAY TOO CROWDED, like could not even see the ocean from our chairs. The house was super accommodating and even had a crockpot for easy group dinners - moms don't have to cook! Communication was amazing and check in/out was just as easy as communicating and getting all of our questions answered quickly and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend Sandy Dreams in the Seacrest Community.

I stayed in Sandy Dreams over fall break with my daughter, her college housemates and their moms. It was the perfect place for all of us! Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Also, a very important thing: The wi-fi worked great! I will definitely look to stay in Sandy Dreams again!

Home was exactly as listed - very spacious and enough beds/baths for our family of 9! The house is well stocked with all of the necessary kitchen supplies, starter toiletries and linens which was much appreciated! The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy vacation the minute we could check in. Location was great - short walk to pool, short tram ride to beach, and the trail behind the home was great for a morning walk or bike ride. Beach was clean & beautiful, vendors take over much of it so go early to set out your chairs in the public space if you want a spot by the water. HOA has some strict rules - not terrible and completely understandable, just make sure to review before you venture out (like no drinks in or within 4ft of pool). Thanks for a great stay - we will be back!!

Great house for families. The pool area was great for younger children. Walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. The tram was also very helpful. Beach access was hard. Lots of people in a small area, but public beach access about 1 mile away.

We really enjoyed Sandy Dreams and the entire 30a experience. The house was perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. We actually hosted Thanksgiving there. I thought being in the back would be unappealing, but it was better being in the back where it is quiet. The service and assistance along the way with 30a Cottages Rental Company was superb! Trust me, I asked a million questions, they answered immediately and happily. Great community, great house.

This was a great vacation home. The community is well-managed and they make it easy to get to the beach with a shuttle stop steps from the house. Our house was ready for check-in early, and we received lots of clear communication for the stay. On check-out we left a necklace behind and they reached out to let us know and ship it back to us! Great place to stay!
