As one of the largest two-bedroom homes in Rosemary Beach, Scout’s Honor is perfect for one or two families seeking a luxurious beach getaway. The whitewashed décor, beadboard details, and abundant natural light create a cozy yet crisp coastal atmosphere. With more than 2,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space—including double covered porches overlooking Kingsbridge Park—you’ll find the ideal mix of relaxation and recreation. Take in the tranquil setting from your porch, stroll to the nearby Cabana pool, or access the beach via Rosemary’s wooden pedestrian paths.
Two king bedrooms and cleverly tucked hallway bunks make this home both stylish and family-friendly.

Parking

Scout’s Honor provides designated parking for two vehicles in the driveway + 1-car overflow. One parking pass is issued per HOA rules. On-street parking is limited and enforced; vehicles must be in marked spaces with valid permits. 30A Cottages is not liable for fines or towing.

Reservation & Booking Policies
The 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement governs cancellations, overriding third-party sites.

No smoking.
Pets not allowed (service animals only; prior notification and documentation required).
Published rates do not include taxes/fees.
50% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival (or in full if booking within 60 days).
5% cancellation fee applies; initial 50% fully refundable if canceled >60 days before arrival.
Optional travel insurance available (must be purchased before final payment).
Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
Renters must be 25 years old and present for the entire stay; no key issued to anyone under 25.

What a beautiful cottage. The inside is spacious and meticulously clean. Everything was in working order. The outdoor space was quiet, relaxing, and tastefully landscaped. We were just walking minutes from beach which made sunrise and sunset easy. Also just minutes from shops and restaurants.

We absolutely love this place and have rented in the past, already booked for next year. The house is a perfect setting for a small family or medium size. We like extra space. Love the back patio, the park, the fact that it has a washer and dryer is a plus for us.

We’ve been to Rosemary many times over the years but never in December and we absolutely loved it. The house is perfect, great location, the fact that you don’t have to fight for street parking is such a plus. Very cozy inside and out, clean and has everything you could want or need. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! We came with our children for a “baby moon” before our third arrives and found the house and entire week to be exactly what we needed. The location was an easy walk to the shops, pools and beach, even while very pregnant. The courtyard in the back was perfect for our kids to play in while we had some down time each day, and the house itself had all we needed for a comfortable stay!

I've been coming to Rosemary Beach for many years and have stayed in numerous homes, often travelling and sharing the cost with friends. My wife and I came alone this time for our anniversary. We looked at some carriage houses but this was at a similar price point. It is as good as the pictures. The home is well appointed, comfortable and in a convenient and quiet spot. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, so this could be easily shared with another couple. We'll look at this one again on our next trip.

This beautifully appointed home was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more for the week. The 30A cottages bag was a nice touch and the books were very informative. We have come to this area several times and learned new things we didn't even know were around us. We had an issue on the first night that was promptly addressed. We would defiantly rent this property again and recommend 30A Cottages.

Scout’s Honor fit our needs perfectly for our getaway as 2 couples. This was our first time to visit Rosemary Beach and we can’t wait to go back. We would definitely stay at Scout’s Honor again. We loved having bikes to ride around town and along 30A and we were close enough to walk everywhere in Rosemary Beach. The cottage is charming and well-equipped with everything we needed. 30A Cottages provided excellent customer service and was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a great experience all the way around.

Scouts Honor was the absolute perfect place for us to stay. The house is absolutely adorable and the back deck was a perfect place to close out the day. The beds were very comfortable , and whatever the duvet was on the master bed was an added bonus. We love Rosemary Beach so much and can’t wait to return and stay at Scouts Honor again.

Scout’s Honor was the perfect rental for our family of five. It was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with new and functioning utensils, the beds were very comfortable, and there was even a toddler scooter that my three-year-old loved riding around the adorable fountain path. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable and effortless vacation, and we will definitely be returning!

Scout’s Honor did not disappoint. This beautiful property was sparkling clean and well-stocked for our arrival. It even smelled amazing...loved the diffuser fragrance! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking an evening meal. Our beds were super comfy, and there were extra pillows if needed. The outdoor shower came in handy for showering off before going inside. It was great to have bikes provided for a quick ride to the beach. Even though the beach was a little bit of a walk, it was pleasant. We brought a collapsible wagon for our grandson to ride in, and it was perfect for carrying our beach items. The only thing that we would have liked to have was a baby gate for the stairs, but other than that, it was a great experience. We would recommend this property for future visitors!
