Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.

Beach Access: The Sugar Dunes Public Beach Access is just around the corner, under 500 ft, from the Beachside Villas Condominiums, only about a 1-2 minute walk from this condo down the community's beach boardwalk access. There is a beach boardwalk with an outdoor shower rinsing area toward the front of the community. There is not a beach vendor setup at this location for professional beach chair setups. Guests must bring their own beach gear to and from the beach.

If you would like to use professional beach chair setups, the closest access point for vendors is the Walton Dunes Beach Access, which is about 0.7 from the home. There is not a vehicle parking area at this access, so it is accessible via foot/bike only. It is about a 2-3 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk.

Parking
Beachside Villas offers a spacious parking lot, with a maximum of two vehicles per condo. Guests can only have two passes for vehicles or golf carts. Vehicles without the proper parking pass displayed will be towed at the owner's expense. Two parking passes will be provided in the condo and must be displayed at all times during your stay.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

We have stayed at Beachside Villas many times. This condo's decorations were the most beautiful and made our experience feel like paradise. It was heaven!

Condo was in a great community with good amenities. While the place is not directly on the beach it really is just 3 minutes walk to get to the board walk. House was fully equipped with everything you could need and some extras. (There were trash bags and dishwasher pods). All we had to buy (besides our food) was more toilet paper and paper towels. While the space is fairly quaint it was a perfect size for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Showers were a bit small but still very nice. I will mention the few extras that were there during our stay because I would have liked to have known. There were 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, an umbrella and a pretty nice beach shovel. Also there is no longer a concierge beach chair service for this area of beach so you have to carry your own chairs. The bikes that were provided were actually an unexpected treat for us. We would stay here again but not with more than 6-7 people. (Including kids)

We loved this unit!! We’ve stayed at multiple units in Beachside Villas complex and this is by fair the nicest!! Everything you would need on your getaway! Fully stocked kitchen accessories with spices, trash bags and cleaning products! Towels to take to the beach and low beach chairs were in the pool box on porch! This place looks professionally decorated (BEACH COTTAGE VIBES) and the beds slept great In every room!! So thankful we found this gem and we will be renting again!! The two bikes were a plus!!! VERY CLEAN UNIT!!! 5 stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
