Reservation & Policies

  • NO SMOKING
  • Pets not allowed (service animals excepted; documentation required)
  • Published rates do not include tax and fees
  • 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival (or full payment if within 60 days)
  • Cancellations more than 60 days prior receive full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Optional travel insurance available (must purchase before final payment)
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
  • Guests must be 25+ years old

Booking Note: The 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement overrides any third-party booking site policies (VRBO, HomeAway, etc.). Additional service fees from third-party sites are non-refundable.

Location! Location! Location! This condo has amazing ocean views from the rooftop! It was the perfect condo for our spring break getaway. We will definitely be back! Working with management was seamless. Be sure and pop in downstairs at Onward Reserve and do some shopping!
