This house is perfect for 4 couples. Very clean - fabulous location - can walk or bike to everything Seaside and Watercolor have to offer. We had one issue with a sink that was fixed within an hour of calling! Fabulous house.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this Watercolor house, and it was the perfect getaway for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home — the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout worked so well for us: plenty of space for the kids to spread out, a cozy living area for family movie nights, and a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy (though we also loved trying the nearby restaurants!). The porch was one of our favorite spots — morning coffee and evening chats with the sea breeze were hard to beat. We also loved how close we were to the Watercolor amenities. The pools, the beach club, and the quick access to the beach itself made every day feel like an adventure, but it was also so easy to come back and rest when the kids needed downtime. The management company were great to communicate with and made sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming about our next trip back. Highly recommend this home to any family looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Watercolor!

Shore fun is a beautiful, spacious home perfect for family get togethers. The carriage house out back was ideal for our teenagers and the screened in porches (upstairs and downstairs) were beautiful and relaxing. The big swings were a hit! The location was perfect and 30A cottages was readily available with any questions we had. This is a beautiful home for 12 and we will definitely return!

We spent a week at Shore fun for spring break. It was an incredibly busy week in Watercolor, busier than I have ever seen it actually. We found the house to actually exceed our expectations as far as the amenities and furnishings the house offered. The linens and towels were of nice quality, the ice machine was a huge bonus and loved having bikes included in the rental. This house is however located on a very busy cut thru street of Watercolor and with the master bedroom being in the front of the house on Western Lake Dr. it was quite noisy from around 7:30 am thru 9:00 pm. It was unfortunate the house right across the street was placing an entire HVAC system and the contractors didn't seem to be our same vacation time. Most mornings we were awoken around 7:00 am by their loud vehicles or deliveries. Just something to be aware of as I am sure it isn't always so busy and noisy, probably just peak weeks. The rental company was great with their overall communication. They were responsive to a few repairs that needed to be made as the house had just been sold and sat empty for a few months. As a result a couple small things came up that needed addressed as we were the first to use the house in a while. I would definitely work with them again when we visit the 30A area. As for Shore Fun, it's a much larger house than we will likely need in the future but I certainly wouldn't discourage people from renting it. Just know it's not on one of the sleepy Watercolor streets, it's more in the middle of the action. And it does have great proximity to the beach and beach club, only a minute bike ride or 3-5 minute walk which was great.
