The Upper Deck is a charming coastal cottage, perfect for multi-family vacations. Not only do you have two king masters on the second level, the third-floor features “his and hers” bunk rooms as well as another queen bedroom. The whitewashed décor in the first level living area offers a serene setting for relaxing with friends, including an all-white kitchen with pearlescent backsplash. But given the prime location of The Upper Deck, your crowd will likely want to spend time outdoors exploring the nearby shops and dining of Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys beaches. The beach is just minutes away, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off little ones after a long beach day. The third-floor upper deck is the perfect way to welcome the day, sipping coffee on the iconic Adirondack chairs of Seacrest. You’ll also appreciate the clever storage space throughout the home, including a large kitchen pantry, walk-in closets in many of the bedrooms and a linen closet on the third floor.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking
The Upper Deck does not have designated parking. There is a parking lot area behind the home, easily accessible from the kitchen door.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was large enough for our two families to have plenty of space. The kitchen is wonderful and we were able to cook there each night. It is in walking distance to many little shops and restaurants. The pool and beach are in walking distance but that was the only downfalls we had with this place (it wasn't the home itself). The beach was so packed we ended up driving to the public beach to have more space and the pool rules are a bit ridiculous, but overall it was an awesome place to stay!

We loved staying at The Upper Deck! Comfort: We had all we needed at the house - very nicely decorated and clean. Peace: The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax during our stay. Fun: The pool is very close and we loved that bikes were included. Beach and Shops were also close by.

Sweet Sixteen in Sunny Seacrest

We recently rented the Upper Deck for a multi-generational family vacation in celebration of my granddaughter’s sixteenth birthday. We had 9 family members ranging in age four to eighty-five. The home is furnished very nicely, it is bright, airy and quite spacious. Pretty much everything we needed was convenient and accessible by bike or tram service. Guest Service was super responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again in the near future!

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Upper Deck. The home is comfortable and furnished nicely. Community is a perfect location for a multi-family vacation with plenty of room and storage space. We enjoyed the third floor deck early mornings and late evenings, the beach tram service is convenient with friendly drivers.

Location was awesome and having other bikes was really helpful. Would be awesome if there were also boogie boards! There were barely enough pillows for our family of 6 but we each like 2 pillows each. May want to consider more pillows for guests like us who are pillow-spoiled! ;) Would definitely stay there again! Great decor!

We came down to the beach as a quick last week before school stars thing. We could not have had a better time. This house was perfect for us and our friends. The location is great, a short walk to the beach or you can take a tram as well. You can walk everywhere. The pool was super close as well. To top it all off the house was spotless when we arrived and communication was great before we even got to the beach. I highly recommend renting this place and we will definately come back.

Great house with plenty of room for all the kids! We had 3 families and tons of space. The rooms are huge and the downstairs is so functional for everyone. Great communication the entire trip. We even had an issue with the dishwasher the second day. We called and they fixed it while we were at the beach and we never even saw them. I would definitely come back!

This was my first time visiting 30A and now I understand why so many people love it! Our stay at The Upper Deck was quite comfortable and we would certainly re-book without hesitation. The Property Management was extremely helpful when I had questions or even when it came to checking in and/or out. And even though we stayed during the beginning rumblings of COVID-19, I will look forward to coming back to 30A to experience some of the shops, restaurants and beaches that were unexpectedly closed. Even with the closures, the trip was A+. It never hurts to slow down and spend time with those you love. Thank you for an exceptional week during trying times.

We stayed for fall break in September; it was our first time to “30a”. We were blown away by the community and the house - so beautiful, clean, friendly and fun! The house is amazing. It looks new, is beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect for our 2 families with 5 small kids. The three six year old girls love the bunk room and our son loved the boy room with the bunk beds. The washer and dryer on the middle floor was so nice to have. The deck is perfect for morning yoga or evening drinks. We loved the kitchen, pantry space, cable (lots of channels). We cooked breakfasts and a big dinner at the house and had everything we needed. The community pool is beautiful. This house is a very short walk to the pool as well as the green space by the pool where my son and I enjoyed playing ball. Our favorite part about this community is the bikeability! We rented bikes as peddlers and took them to get lunch at Rosemary, donuts in the morning at Alys Beach, and just explored! In sum this is a beautiful house in the nicest beach community we’ve ever visited. We can’t wait to come back.

Very pleased with our stay. Great house. Close to tram stop and short walk to pool. Having bikes is an added bonus. Plenty of seating in the living area. Nice Tvs in all Bedrooms and living area. This was a priority for my kids as it was NCAA tournament week. I was very nervous about renting as we have always stayed in a family owned beach property but 30A cottages & concierge took great care of us. Highly recommend!

Love working with 30A Cottages! They make everything so easy and enjoyable. We stayed at the Upper Deck last time, it was fabulous! The bunk room is definitely made for children so don't plan to use it for adults as it would be a little cramped. Overall, wonderful experience as always! You can't go wrong with any house they rent! Thanks for a great time!

We had the best time in the house .The location is perfect. The house is new and very nicely decorated. It was very clean. The 30A cottages staff gave excellent service to us. Responded quickly to small issues we had. They are genuinely there to help. The bicycles were the highlight of the trip. Parking is free and very convenient The lock system of the house is perfect as we did not have to carry a key. We can not wait to come back. One last thing Seacrest needs close by recycling center.

We had an awesome vacation at the Upper Deck. The house furnishings were clean and updated. The proximity to the pool is perfect for young kids. The beach tram was very convienent and quick. So much to do in the area... restaurants, live music, shops, ice cream! Only addition I would consider is a DVD player. Overall a wonderful experience!

We had an awesome family vacation at the Upper Deck. The furnishing were lovely and clean. The distance to the pool is so close, and the shuttle makes the walk to the beach even more convenient. We loved the house and the bikes. The only thing that would have been nice was a DVD player.

The Upper Deck at Seacrest Beach met all of our expectations and more! First, the house was very clean when we arrived to check in, which is very important to us. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, although we only ended up using a few of the items. The TV in the main room wasn't working properly, but the customer service we received to fix it was prompt. This house was a wonderful get away for our family! We are already talking about coming back next year! The pools were very clean and we appreciated the rules/expectations that were enforced. This is definitely a wonderful family vacation spot we will visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at sea crest beach. Our house was lovely, beautifully decorated, with great access to pool and beach as well as restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely come again! The only thing we missed was a DVD player for renting movies on the nights we wanted to stay in.
